I'm looking to get back onto IRC and waste my entire summer chatting on them.
Best IRC Client for Android that's also free?
I use Quasseldroid but that relies on you having a server set up already AFAIK. It's nice though because you can then connect wherever you are to the same IRC client.
Is there any working facepunch app apart from geel's one?

There's this one, but I'm not entirely sure whether it's working:

It gives me a network error. Any ideas what that might be?

API issues. It's an issue which Hexxeh can't fix since the app isn't actually his and is just redirecting to use his API.
We need a new FP app, stat.
i'm gonna do it
i'm gonna invest in phone insurance when I get my phone fixed
Yay! Picked up an S4 today :D
Not too sure what to do with it right now. I'm trying to set up everything that I can but it's really hard getting used to a new interface!
Hey for Google music all access will it work for Canada? I'm getting the notification for the deal. Do I need to be on an American IP address or something to activate? I already have full access to play music except the store to buy music.
for £5.99 a month I can get a Galaxy S3 insured from loss, accidental damage, theft and malfunction
worth it, for saying I managed to destroy the thing within having it for just under six months

Just made this video showing my wallpaper
This owns, installed. And I usually hate live wallpapers.

That live wallpaper was like the missing piece for my Android homescreen. It looks lovely.

Cool, I just found out my provider (Bell Canada) offers insurance. Extended warranty, accidental damage, loss, and theft. $7 a month for mobile phones. I'll have to read the terms and conditions.
EDIT: GOD FUCKING DAMNIT
You must enroll in Smart/Phone Care in store, either when you activate your device or within 15 days of your activation date
I hate you Wireless Wave for giving me your stupid plan.
http://www.ensquared.ca/ gives 90 days, but that's still not enough (I've had mine for 6 months but the screen is brand new)
I guess i finally found what style i will stick to in my cellphone:
Did I accidentally click on XDA instead of Facepunch?
Whats the matter? Better phones in my country are expensive.
If you are talking about the theme, yeah, i know it can be a bit bad, but i liked it.

When I saw Pou, I cringed a bit. That thing is so oddly known here. I hate it.

I dont like it much either, problem is someone said for me to create one, so i did, problem is i dont want to see it die. I know its dumb, but my mind simply dont let me rest if i dont take care of it.
Also, just downloaded Sweet Pixels. Loved it! Its a really awesome live wallpaper (And a great replacement for Ditalix, stupid thing doesnt work on my fossil anymore).

AFAIK it can't die. You can call me heartless but I let him live without food and proper care for like 2 weeks and just his stats were reseted.

It is an easteregg found in Jelly Bean versions.
The Jellybeans can be flinged, this live wallpaper makes jelly beans float and when touched smile.
Wow. Too much details!
Too bad this phone costs 2.000 Brazillian Real. The only one i will be able to buy is the Nexus 4.
oh look, a nexus 7 with a snapdragon 600 hit the FCC today
(that's the CPU in the GS4 and HTC one)

Damn that's pretty! Bought the unlock, set it to Holo Light and lowered the speed of everything to 25. Gorgeous.
go home gooooooooooogle you're drunk.
Man, I'm the kind of person who likes to use stock OEM firmware, because it's usually more stable, has better driver support, and has extra features. But I've been getting the S3 clipboard crash bug, where it keeps crashing my entire phone (soft reboot of the entire OS). Apparently it's fixed in the Samsung 4.1.2 update, but 4.1.2 probably won't be coming to the I747 for quite a while. I swear, next time my phone soft-reboots, I'm going to install CyanogenMod.
I found that at least for my Note, a TW-based ROM got rid of the bullshit but kept all the better drivers, stability and features. I don't think I can use the S-Pen at all on a 4.2.2 ROM since there's not 4.2.2 TW base.
Worth checking out, at least.

The S pen works on CM on the Note 10.1, I reckon it'll work on the Note/Note 2 as well.
It works as in it's detected and stuff, but you lose all the gestures and options and what other shit TouchWiz gives you.
You can get some of that back using third party apps obviously, but is the experience as pleasant as with TW (if we forget that it looks like ass)?

These gestures are ass. They prevent the S button from working in other apps, such as Papyrus or Lecture Notes.
If you really want the gestures, CM 10.1 has (at least for the note 10.1) stylus gestures options in Settings > Language and input > Stylus gestures.
CM is nice because it has the possibility to turn it off, which is really worth considering.
Also, pressure sensitivity and everything works just fine, just like in TW.
