Scan and selective startup in msconfig.
do you think you could elaborate on that
run msconfig.exe Go to the services tab, hide all Microsoft services, disable all. Go to the startup tab and disable all. Turn them back on (services first) ONE AT A TIME until that starts popping up again.
i disabled all of the ones I didn't need and that didn't fix it, however your inclination to believe it's a process or a service which I thought it might be ya know since what else would it be lead me to end a few others which solved the problem. not sure which it was, but i can narrow it down from here. thanks bros!!
