Clicking an embedded Youtube video takes you to youtube and undoes any buffering you've been doing on it rather than pausing it.
Speaking of youtube...
Speaking of youtube...
I was just remembering how much I missed pre-google youtube.
Sticky keys....worst idea ever.
Sticky keys....worst idea ever.
You know there are disabled people who need that, right? :jerkbag:
You know there are disabled people who need that, right? :jerkbag:
But why have it turned on by default?
But why have it turned on by default?
It's never turned on by default?
It's never turned on by default?
Theres the fucking shift thing, and the button that is supposed to take you to a section of the control panel where you can disable it does nothing, its nothing even in the advanced control panel
Theres the fucking shift thing, and the button that is supposed to take you to a section of the control panel where you can disable it does nothing, its nothing even in the advanced control panel
I get a link to a page in the control panel where I can disable it.

Disabling the Beep driver. I know they have a reason to do this, but they could at least have re-routed it from the beginning. I found these in the comments: How to Install and Use the PC Speaker Driver with Windows Computer Randomly Plays Classical Music
But why have it turned on by default?
If a person with disability that can benefit from using stickykeys walks up to a public computer, they just have to do the key combo and they can use that computer. Without it, they would have to go through start, control panel, ease of access center, make the keyboard easier to use, THEN turn it on.
I would love to play Manbo's Mambo (from Zelda Link's Awakening) through the PC speaker as a midi. XD
I would love to play Manbo's Mambo (from Zelda Link's Awakening) through the PC speaker as a midi. XD
download the midi file and click on it
I would love to play Manbo's Mambo (from Zelda Link's Awakening) through the PC speaker as a midi. XD
Well, I don't know about a MIDI version (pretty sure the Game Boy didn't use MIDI), but there's a good MP3 version made by recording directly from the audio-out port. I listened to it today, even.
The thing that gets on my nerves most is when I'm playing Dragon Age, I Shift + Tab to update my IM conversations, and I end up switching party members by pressing Shift.
download the midi file and click on it
not my point... i want it to play out the PC SPEAKER on the motherboard.
Installers that do not ask where you want to install the program/game. "Odd Chargers." AKA these What is that connection anyway and why does Nintendo use it for their DSi and up?
So only Nintendo can sell the chargers. Duh.
not my point... i want it to play out the PC SPEAKER on the motherboard.
way to make it vague
not my point... i want it to play out the PC SPEAKER on the motherboard.
Why would you want to? It'll sound like absolute crap. I know you probably want it to sound like it did on the Game Boy, but your best option for that is to get the recording I mentioned and play it like normal music. Playing it on the PC speaker will be terrible.
[img_thumb]http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/1944/capturetc.png[/img_thumb]
if you're talking about that system font then yeah, that's a pretty shitty design move.
What the fuck did you do to Windows?
I hate those websites that have registrations that require you to fill in a bunch of things flawlessly, and then delete everything when you push back. Example: FIRST NAME LAST NAME BIRTHDATE NUMBER OF FINGERS NUMBER OF EYEBROW HAIRS DIVIDED BY THE NINETEENTH NUMBER IN THE FIBONACCI SEQUENCE MULTIPLIED BY IT'S COMPLEX CONJUGATE: NUMBER OF EYEBROW HAIRS DIVIDED BY THE NINETEENTH NUMBER IN THE FIBONACCI SEQUENCE MULTIPLIED BY IT'S COMPLEX CONJUGATE AGAIN BUT MULTIPLY EVERYTHING BY 3.14159265: First 95 digits of PI (NO LOOKING IT UP): Captcha: Password: Password repeat (backwards): E-mail: E-mail as a set of variables multiplied by the password laid out in matrices: Another captcha: A third captcha covered up by an ad: "I agree to the terms and service" "I am sure I agree to the terms of service." "Yes, I am sure I'm sure I agree to the motherfucking terms of motherfucking service." "Yes, I am so sure I motherfucking agree to the motherfucking terms of service that I'm willing to spend five and a half hours looking for a little check box somewhere at the bottom of the page" "Yes, I want to continue" Captcha again: I can understand you guys don't want robots registering on the site, but, come the fuck on. This isn't an I.Q test for dolphins. The ONLY thing that can pass that registration page without eating a bullet is a fucking terminator.
I want that oldschool DOS sound, like when you played Wolfenstein 3D on a 486 without a sound card. :haw:
Then just download the recordings I mentioned, which sound EXACTLY like they did on the Game Boy. That's literally the closest you're going to get, unless you make a MIDI version yourself and play it over the PC speaker.
Headphones with wires that fail after a year, or jacks that bend easily. And you can't even solder the wires because they're too tin :(
[img_thumb]http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/9232/capturehv.png[/img_thumb] :geno:
They are watching you.
That goes away for me when I type
