yep, this works but if you look at the pic again you can see the fish tank by my computer, I recently moved it to the other side so she can't get to it as easily (she just loves drinking water from it so much, she barely drinks water any other time, she'll sit there licking it for minutes)

I have a dog and two cats, I've trained my cats so they know not to bother me while I'm on PC but my dog always goes and lies down on my feet
And some dogs chew wires
It's no better
Eh I don't mind, I can move her and she'll leave, I like when she visits. I'm probably going to make her a little bed on my bookshelf so she can sit by me.
Yeah, my cat will just jump on my lap, and curl up into a ball...only problem is my legs slant down so he starts to slide until he almost falls off. I get clawed so much :saddowns:

Its reallly quite simple, make it appealing. Only problem, we don't know why its appealing.
I wish my cat sat on my desk :saddowns:
That's the problem! As soon as you don't want them to, they'll be all over it.

I was playing F.E.A.R. Extraction Point when I took that. The same cat goes under my desk and chews on my power cords for attention.
Last summer the bastard decided that he needed a cat flap, and that I didn't need a screen window... So he did this:

Never seen a dog eating wires.
My bunny does though. Last time he did, I saw him chewing on my last ethernet cable with a :smug: look on his face
:argh:

plastic is an easy one: find the piece(s), plastic glue, done.

If the cat jumps up on my lap and demands pets while I'm playing TF2, I can just put her behind my chair (where my bed with like 200 blankets is) and pet her a few times. She hangs out there, maybe looks out the window, usually sleeps.
no cat can resist an awesome bed.

My cat's the exact same way...
Sometimes anyways, sometimes she'll just jump back off the bed and rub my legs and meow loudly for about 30 minutes or until she starts to lose her voice.
And at that point I HAVE to stop what I'm doing to pet her for a good hour so she'll either shut up or not completely destroy her squeaky vocal cords.

PaperCraft Creeper for the win. :derp:
How about that theft-proof plastic, eh? You know the stuff... The plastic even scissors have a hard time chewing through.
my dog apparently thinks he's a cat because he just jumped on my desk and nearly cracked my left monitor, the plastic got a bit messed up.
he's a bigass chocolate lab
Clock-radios that allow mp3 players to use them as speakers...oh I'm sorry, only IPODS AND THEIR PROPRIETARY FUCKING CONNECTORS.
I use a Zen and I can't use any of those fucking gadgets because of this bullshit.

Mine has that iPod dock thing. Fortunately, they were at least considerate enough to put an AUX in jack on the back. Lose the built in charging, but I keep my charger next to my bed anyway.
Yeah, if they have an iPod dock they should at least put an AUX jack on it too.
Crommissar's asshole. :q:
