I've used a Mac for maybe 10 hours in my life, but can't you command + X to cut? Or am I misinformed? [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] Or maybe I'm just assuming that the designers of OSX aren't completely fucking insane. Probably a mistake.

Probably a mistake.
Yeah, that's what I thought, at first, after being mystified by the lack of cut in the right-click menu. There's even a 'Cut (⌘+X)' command in Finder, but that's only for editing the filenames. EDIT; Read through my post, forgot to mention that I was talking about files. Sorry about that.
the savedata for fable 3 is in C:\Users\Tim(yourusername)\Saved Games\Lionhead Studios\Fable 3
Right. I checked, there is. But if I copy that over, it complains my save is corrupted. <.<
Google chrome not allowing you to manually change the fast dial page... (I'll never get FB and Google maps on there :saddowns:) [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] Oh and Windows update decides for you which updates are important (apparently IE9 is)
Outlook Web Access. I have to go on it to forward my email to my real email every quarter and you have to use IE to do it since Microsoft are idiots and make a limited version of it for other browsers (without telling you that's what is going on) so I felt like a complete idiot when I couldn't find the place to forward all the email. I even look up guides. Nowhere on any guides or on the access page itself does it ever tell you this crucial bit of information. [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] Also, Ontario, California. I got a bit confused when I read Ontario, CA, US in my UPS tracking details. I thought they maybe had flown it up to Canada (not far from me since I'm in Washington (well Ontario is, but whatever))
Ha ha Razer rma depo.
Cut just means you're about to perform a move command anyway.
But it's a lot easier to navigate folders without having the button held down. Assuming the method of moving the file is the same as windows, it's a huge pain in the ass to move a folder and move it to a completely different directory without cutting, for me at least
I think it's because of UNIX.
Uh, pretty much every X file manager has cut/copy/paste support. Moving files around the filesystem is easy.
Uh, pretty much every X file manager has cut/copy/paste support. Moving files around the filesystem is easy.
I guess they're just stupid?
Hell, my netbook barely runs Half-life 1 and it runs aero fine.
We probably have the same hardware in our netbooks :v: That's another thing, why is there so many different netbooks even though a lot of them contain the same CPU and amount of ram?
Ha ha Razer rma depo. [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] Cut just means you're about to perform a move command anyway.
No. I don't buy horrible products.
Okay. How the fucking hell do I program this god damn universal remote? I'm so pissed right now I just wanna play my original xbox. GOD DAMNIT!
biggest asshole design moves: Ford's newer, modular engines. (even though all ford engines are ass) These are incredibly hard to work on. For example, to change spark plugs, you need to take the goddamn intake off. :argh:

One of the reason I prefer old & simple bangers. Little to go wrong, and if it happens, easy to fix.
Okay. How the fucking hell do I program this god damn universal remote? I'm so pissed right now I just wanna play my original xbox. GOD DAMNIT!
Scream at it until it works Or read the manual.
Newer cars in general are a bitch to maintain yourself. One of the reason I prefer old & simple bangers. Little to go wrong, and if it happens, easy to fix.
Or buy a "new" one because of how inexpensive they are.
Or buy a "new" one because of how inexpensive they are.
friend of mine hops from car to car, rarely spends more than $75 on them. No idea where he finds something working for that much but whatever
friend of mine hops from car to car, rarely spends more than $75 on them. No idea where he finds something working for that much but whatever
Sounds like an adventure!
friend of mine hops from car to car, rarely spends more than $75 on them. No idea where he finds something working for that much but whatever
Sounds like my dad. He bought two cars for $100 each, and sold them both to a junkyard for $100 each after they were beyond reasonable repair (read: the transmission and engine die and would cost more than the car itself to fix). He got a good 4 years use out of each.
another one of my friends when I was younger had a brother who bought a $50 beater, I remember it not having a floor in the back, just a few metal rods to keep your feet up on. He 'accidentally' dropped a whole McDonald's strawberry shake down the hole at 50mph, splashed all over the car behind us.

Hell the check to see if its allowed to be on the road is 50€ here, and the cheapest car to pass that would be around 300€ Everything about cars is cheaper in the US, not fair.
Oh and Windows update decides for you which updates are important (apparently IE9 is)
IE9 is important because IE8 is shit. What a joke.
