It's not that it "doesn't seem to work", it's that it's not supported at all.
Yeah, that's what I meant. Sucks though. Can't see any reason at all why it would require Windows Vista/7, unless it requires DX10/11 (which I highly doubt). Lame attempt to force people switch to Win7.

Uninstalled it after about 30 seconds of use. It looks like the biggest pile of shit I've ever seen. Let's hope they don't try and force the update on us.

Basically all latest apps and games are working just fine on XP. The people who should have the least problem making an application work with XP should be Microsoft. Yet they are the first ones to abandon XP. Obviously it's not about not supporting XP any more, they simply see more money in making a really teasing application and then remove the XP compatibility, forcing people to upgrade their OS. Sure, I know it's like you said, they have no obligation to support XP. But cutting the new messenger off is just to make money from Win7, which they have all the right to do. Too bad when it's all about the money.
the new emotes are horrid

Its old and outdated and doesn't make them money anymore.
Yeah XP is dead let's never mind that many businesses still use it and that all those netbooks use XP. Yes it's old but I could buy a computer with it on very recently.
Something tells me this is going to stick, all the Facebook addicts are gonna ejaculate buckets when they see this. [editline]01:05AM[/editline] Uninstalling.
