Someone email him about his wind tunnels as an interested investor. Please.

No sane malware maker would bring himself down to the level of targeting that [del]piece of shit[/del] masterpiece.
I like how he says he made Python, WX, and Tk/Tcl
Pure fucking gold right there. I wonder what would /b/ do :v:
We need to continue trying to get him sued.

Just like the truth :smug:
this guy is the fucking steve jobs of software distribution
Look at this video:

It actually is 100% visual basic, with just a webbrowser component which is a direct copy of IE. I'd like someone to visit a info page and tell me what browser it displays. Also i hate the fact that his 'quick link icons' don't have any tranparency at all

We proved that a long time ago... And did only the icons look weird to you on this crappy interface?

I bet he pirated all of his software. There's just no way that kid can have Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Expression Studio, Visual Studio 2010, Solidworks and the Adobe Master Collection CS5 purchased.
He uses pirated software to make a commercial product, I'm sure we can get the BSA on him.

He's selling commercial applications developed in programs using licenses he does not have. I don't care what you think. That is a fucking retarded thing to do and he deserves anything that happens if the BSA carry it through.

Peter
Hello, thank you for contacting BSA NoPiracy.org. How can we help?
Zsolt
Hello, I suspect
that someone I know is using pirated software to develop a commercial product.
Peter
Thanks for reaching out to us and telling us about it. If you are willing, we'd appreciate your filling out the form at NoPiracy.org with as much information as possible.
Zsolt
The problem is that I don't know much information about him or his company.
Zsolt
He's selling his product on the internet
Zsolt
Is there any way that I can report him without being a worker at his company?
Peter
Yes, you can. Tell us as much as you know, and tell us the website address (which will tell us quite a bit).
Zsolt
His website is sparkbrowser.com where he's selling his browser for $10.
Zsolt
Which he has "developed" (actually just used a free(!) template) with pirated developer tools.
Peter
If you happen to know of the names of the tools (I presume all pirated) that he used to develop the software, detailing that would also be important.
Zsolt
Visual Studio 2010 and Adobe Master Collection CS5
Peter
Is this a one person company?
Zsolt
Probably also Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks and Microsoft Expression Studio 4.
Zsolt
Yes, although he claims that he has "several colleagues"
Peter
Is this an actual company, or a student in college? Doesn't make much a difference to us, but its good to know.
Zsolt
He's probably student, but I'm not sure.
Peter
How do you know the software he is using is illegal?
Zsolt
Judging by the amount of software hoarded on his computer, also torrent files on his desktop.
Peter
Yes, of course. With your permission, I would like to start entering this information into our case management system
Zsolt
Sure.
Peter
Do you want to remain anonymous, confidential?
Zsolt
Yes please.
Peter
No problem. Please note that we do not voluntarily share your information. Further, not leaving your contact information makes it a bit more difficult for us to investigate the complaint - should we have questions down the line.
Zsolt
Sure
Peter
I'm entering information now...
Peter
Do you know the name of the owner of the company, and his/her address?
Zsolt
Christopher Reeves is the name
Peter
Address by chance?
Zsolt
He lives in Boston, MA.
Zsolt
He didn't publish more details.
Peter
OK, how did you hear about this guy?
Zsolt
He ripped one of my friends off.
Zsolt
My friend bought his browser, which is just a template with some badly cropped icons.
Peter
Yup, seen that stuff before.
Zsolt
He claims that he "designed CNN"
Zsolt
and his browser is "the fastest in the world", but he's just re-selling a free template.
Zsolt
He also uses many stolen, copyrighted icons.
Peter
OK, I think I have what I need. If you are able to find an address, and let us know what that is, it would be helpful. If you find it, you can simply initiate another chat and ask the operator to add that information to the Sparkbrowser case.
Zsolt
Thanks for your time.
Peter
You too. Have a good day and thanks for reaching out to us.
If any of you have the address of that guy, be sure to PM me.
Also, even a telephone number could help.
