I was going to host my own small website on that server I bought a while ago, but I could never get the server to work and I got a refund.
Now I cant find a cheap ass $275 server (with half ass decent specs) anywhere without lods of bullshit shipping.

A while ago Valve said something along the line of calling it a Steam Box. It's not the official one but it is considered one, like a third party Steam Box or something.
