I dunno. Works fine for me.
Check your drivers. Also try Right Click -> Run As Administrator if UAC is on.
Driver installers usually automatically run as Administrator. Hence the shield on it.
They are that size, they just look smaller because of the superbar space around them.
Good call, just checked it on paint. In that case, any way to change the width of the buttons?
so for sure as long as I do a "clean" install I will end up with a windows old folder?

As long as you do not format the drive.
okay, just triple quadruple checking. I won't format it, I'm installing it with the OS running.

Well you can't format when you're using the OS so it'll automatically give you a windows.old. That's the only way I ever did it installing 7 leaks.
I will order the 64-bit OEM version of Home Premium soon with my new Shiny 3,4 Ghz Phenom II 965 and 4Gig DDR3 Ram :D
Okay I got everything working, now how do I get a super massive hip digital clock?

I just realized I wasn't credited even though I helped with the identifications and what not. Jimmy you owe me 1 dollar now.

Actually, I was referring to running the game in Administrator mode. I know there's a few out there that don't work otherwise.

Yep. For instance WC3:TFT won't patch (or try to) unless you run the game as admin. It's an old game, though, so we can excuse Blizzard for that.
Can't excuse Bioware for Mass Effect though, it also requires admin privileges for some reason.
Too bad your sentence works well for both scenarios otherwise that sarcasm would've been witty and not idiotic.
If you like everything to be overly verbose then sure otherwise not really.

I like it, makes it clear.

I got all of the information from a device stage dev kit from Microsoft. I don't remember asking you for any information.
Man, it'd be nice if MS could make a nice, easy to use GUI Device Stage creator.

But I told you how I did it when you didn't know how.

Well it's not for the end-user. And manus with a lot of devices could easily batch create many at a time via the command line.
So just how do I make the window thing that I posted for the COMPUTER and not the DEVICE
The computer has a special ID that I forget how to find. I think either Jimmy or Panda does..
Need some proffesional help here :C

Would it be smart to switch to Windows 7 (coming from XP) with Dual Core @ 1.83Ghz, 1gb of ram and a 9600GT?
I've come to hate XP, and have used 7 on a different PC for about a week and I'm in love.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna work.
If you love 7, you should do it.
Any recommendations on a smooth and clean theme that does not use aero?
Any recommendations on a smooth and clean theme that does not use aero?
Why wouldn't you want Aero?
Why wouldn't you want Aero?
Because he doesn't like it? "Why wouldn't you want Reese buttercups!"
Why wouldn't you want Aero?
Because I don't like it. I hate transparency on my windows and win classic theme or the one without aero looks meh.
Oh and, for performance reasons.
