Why doesn't physx work even when I have an Nvidia card? I was hoping these drivers would fix my problem!
Why doesn't physx work even when I have an Nvidia card? I was hoping these drivers would fix my problem!
What card do you have? and what game are you trying to get it to work with?
I only have one card, 8800GTS 320. I've tried Batman: Arkham Asylum with it. The weird thing is, it worked on XP, but when I formated and installed Windows 7, it didn't work. EDIT: And yes, I have Physx enabled in the control panel.
Apparently I think Nvidia has completely forgot about the Manage 3D settings in their control panel. Forcing Anti-Aliasing in games doesn't work, and it's been like this for the last couple of official drivers released.

If the third one is set to "application default", it won't work. I had this issue a while back.
Yes because it takes up oh so much space.
Yeah, let's just pad every single of your download 1 megabyte and see how you like it. It might not be "oh so much", but every single company (Apple iTunes + Quicktime, MSVS Express installer, etc.) that pulls this shit off adds up. If you're on quota or on a slower line to save money, it's even worse.

I'll try that when I get back later on today. Thank you. Edit: Still a no go for me. But thanks for mentioning it.
Which makes no sense, transparancy AA is a seperate effect from FSAA.
Which makes no sense, transparancy AA is a seperate effect from FSAA.
I'm just basing my post off of personal experience. I was wondering why I couldn't force AA in Oblivion with HDR active until I changed that third setting.
+5 FPS in ArmA 2, hooray. [editline]08:58PM[/editline] oh don't give the quota excuse, you can use a download manager and you can resume. I did that when i was using 56k
