The video card is a R9 270. I'm not that happy with the CPU temps cos I bought an aftermarket cooler but its push pins didn't fit :(

Hoping to get another SSD or HDD.

Old no more (at least the CPU isn't).
I was getting 60 degrees on the CPU before. I reassembled the cooler and now its good :)

This computer has served me perfectly for over three years now without a single niggle that I can think of, an absolute dream machine.
Temps are a little high since its due a clean-out and because its pretty much permanently switched on.
The cpu is getting rather old nowadays but it still likes to act like one of the big boys.
The 570 is an absolute trooper and still holds its own in the latest games, the little guy has served his time now though and will be replaced by a 780-ti which is arriving on monday, I almost feel sorry to see it go...a fucking graphics card... :suicide:

You dare challenge the Crap-puter making skills of Dell?

Everything

Fine, what ONE thing needs upgrading? I don't think it all does, games run really fricking well considering.
And does that include Windows 7? Because it really doesn't need to be upgraded.

Windows 7 is fine, but if you were to do just a small upgrade I would suggest another 4gb of ram(since you only have two slots it's a good thing you are running a single stick right now) and a new GPU.
Or you could do a CPU and mobo upgrade and save up to add a new gpu and more ram.

my laptop. got it for 500 bucks, I think I did pretty good on it. SSD is wicked small but holds the OS so that's fine for me.
So I bought a new laptop today...
