Clean your case or get a new one.
Upgrade to a single 780
Upgrade to an i5 4670k and an MSI GD65 motherboard
Get 1 more stick of RAM

I would just replace the RAM altogether, 8GB of 1600 isn't that expensive anymore.

So, what? quad 780 ti's, 2 i7 4960ks 32gbs of RAM and a 500 dollar mobo?
So, what? quad 780 ti's, 2 i7 4960ks 32gbs of RAM and a 500 dollar mobo?
No, wait for haswell-E. The GTX 800 series isn't going to perform that much better than 780 Ti, so he could get 2 or 4 of those now.

Getting 4 GPU's is pretty stupid unless you do compute stuff or play barely existant path-traced games.

I finally got the 780. I'm playing Just Cause 2, but normally my CPU and GPU are in the low 20's.

Updating Speccy should fix it.
