You bet. [t]http://s24.postimg.org/kzvboexit/2014_05_01_14_10_52.jpg[/t]
Dang I wish I had a PCIe port so I could do this. Anyway:
Hey, I've been on facepunch for years now, don't why I haven't posted here yet. Some of you guys have pretty wild builds! I'm thinking about either upgrading to a 780 or picking up another 660 for graduation, what're your guys' thoughts?

Upgraded my CPU from a fx 8320 to i7 4770k and loving the fps in f2p games; i7 is such a beast OC'd it to 4.2 ghz I can do 4.4 max but sadly my chip was a lemon but either way still a beast cpu. Games perfectly fine on a 1440p screen.
Games perfectly fine on a 1440p screen.
I'd hope so. I'm using a 4670k and a GTX 650Ti BOOST and running a 1440p and a 1080p monitor off it (as well as a 1366x768 monitor off the cpu) and can still run the vast majority of games at quite high settings at 1440p so long as I'm willing to pass on antialiasing which isn't even really necessary at that resolution anyways.
Got a new PC yesterday It's also has a sealed liquid cooler. Case pic
[T]http://i.imgur.com/0lR0HXe.png[/T] CPU is at 4.2 GHz with a Hyper 212 EVO. Plan on getting a water block and another 770.
Been a while. Cpu is overclocked to 4,6GHZ

CPU overclocked to 4.8Ghz with Corsair H100i Liquid Cooling Case: CM Storm Trooper

Why the Windows Classic theme?
[IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/d8rP29P.png[/IMG_thumb] Windows Classic for life
Two mildly interesting things: 1. The reason I'm on 4GB single channel is because my other 4GB stick is currently on loan to a computer that had dead memory. 2. I have 3 hard drives in the PC but had to sacrifice the least used (500GB mechanical) because fitting a GTX780 onto an mATX mobo isn't as simple as I'd hoped :v:
Silverstone do some new really low profile SATA cables by the way, you should be able to use them with your 780.
Just googled it, is this what you mean? Because that looks almost perfect with it coming from the side.
Why the Windows Classic theme?
You can boost your game performance SLIGHTLY by switching your theme to classic.

Upgraded from my AMD Phenom II x4 955
An absolutely fantastic rig indeed.
This computer I found from work and now using as a admin computer and personal computer if I want to not be bound by my large laptop with a shit battery. [t]http://puu.sh/9ucpu.png[/t] I'm content. [editline]15th June 2014[/editline] Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295.
Why is it doing this?
Try updating your drivers.
I noticed that this thread is dead so thought I'd attempt to revive it. Anyway I just scored a R9 290 reference from one of my mates for free  [editline]11th October 2014[/editline] It gets to 90 degrees Celsius under load! Its ok though because AMD designed it to be like that. The only real problems for me are fan noise and power consumption. I'm grabbing a 1440p monitor soon so I can put the cards power to good use.
got that pc 2.5 years ago not happy with the monitor and the 465gb hdd, but i will try to replace them as soon as i can.
Cost me like £700 ($1100) as well
