Trust me, I would of got a K, but they were expensive. This thing would be clocked up to 4.5GHz if it was my choice. I installed a huge heatsink, so when I do eventually put something else in it, I can.

I used to have 3x680 instead, but i sold them off for a 780 because of horrible SLI issues that made half of my games [I]slower[/I] when i enabled it(and i got a cool 250£ on the top of the 780 purchase)
i really hope you do more than just gaming with that rig
I had 16GB of RAM, but I fucked them up somehow the other day and it wouldn't boot with the two other sticks. I also have a GTX680 but it's in my other computer at the moment with a shitty processor.
