So I turned my computer on today and my monitor was pink. Everything started up fine but it was all in a pinkish and purple color. I restarted and it went back to normal. I recently overclocked my card a bit. Other than that though i've had no problems like crashing or artifacts in game. Should I turn it down some?
Is there a way to do dual-monitor set up with a laptop? If so, how?

If you mean use a laptop as a screen, there's programs that kinda do that - http://synergy-foss.org/, http://www.maxivista.com/laptop-as-a-second-monitor.htm but if you just mean running two monitors off a laptop you just plug it in.
Considering getting myself a GTX 770 or a GTX780 when they come out (If that is the series) to replace my 6970s in crossfire, as I am sick of the constant issues with them.
= yes

There's next to no information out on either cards, wait and ask when they come out or when more is leaked/released about next gen graphics cards. For all we know they could be terrible power hungry furnaces like the 400 series.

I still think that a single 700 series card would use less power than two 6970s. As well as generate less heat, considering they get up to 90c under load.

No, the trend is less power -> less heat. Due to smaller die processes.
What's a good Z77 motherboard <$175 to pair with a 3570k? I will be overclocking.
there should be info out about the kepler refresh cards in the next couple of months

That's the trend, but a trend is not a rule. The 400s ran hotter and used more power than 200s they replaced. More powerful, yes, but not lower power or heat.

Each successive card release by Nvidia has had better and better perf per watt. I highly doubt 7xx would be like that, besides it's going to the tock cycle against kepler.
Does anyone know of a way to define custom icon boundaries? As in:

I want the active area for icons to be in the area outlined there, that way when stuff gets added, it doesn't go behind my rainmeter widgets.
Is there anyway I can tell a program to use my headphones while keeping my sound card as the default device?
Is there anyway I can tell a program to use my headphones while keeping my sound card as the default device?
Pretty sure only certain programs, check the preferences. Most VOIP programs allow it, and a few music and video players (Media player classic's a good one)
I have a budget of £180, I need a decent 256GB SSD, but I'm unsure of Crucial, which SSD is best to go for?
samsung 830, intel 830 i think
unless the 840 series are out
Intel 830?

You mean 330, I assume.
i'm sure a titan would be more than enough for whatever you're doing in maya
It would speed up the viewport 2.0 but that's it really. I'm using Xeons so it's not going to make my games much better, I'd rather not spend $1200 AUD to speed up the viewport.
What's a good PS2 to USB controller adapter? Or will any of them do the job just fine?
I'm looking for a program I saw a while back, you could install it onto someone elses computer and from your own computer you could, play sounds, display text, generally mess with the user.
Any programs like that?

[editline]16th March 2013[/editline]

Is there a quieter fan which will work with the H60?
All fans work with it? But you can just get the Corsair ones with the color rings, those are significantly quieter at better performance, which is also the reason they include them with the i series products now.

What are they called? My H60s are second editions, so I'm not sure if I've already got them.

Corsair Air Series, the different kinds are High Airflow and Static Pressure which you can find in the model number: AF or SP followed by the size of the fan itself in mm. Within each of these subcategories there are two types with differing speeds, Quiet and Performance (SP also has a High Performance). Don't feel like I need to explain those.
[editline]16th March 2013[/editline]
They're kind of expensive for their performance though, you might be better off getting some Noctua or Cougar fans if you want quiet and a better amount of air moved.

Why does steam slow my internet down so much when downloading?
Is there any way to make it less slow, or put a download cap?
