It's not very good for gaming.
When setting up Thunderbird my inbox has everything I deleted and moved to other folders showing. Why? (gmail).
Also I remember when using Thunderbird with multiple emails it used to show your primary email if you mailed from the secondary email. That's not happening anymore?
Are you using POP? If so...
I'm running stock android 4.3 on a nexus 7 2012. Whenever I copy text, whatever app I'm in crashes. Thoughts?
Bump?
None of my phones or laptop can join my wifi network.
I restarted my modern a dozen times already.
With that GPU for 35FPS minimum that's looking at very low settings. On most games.
Any suggestions for that price range?
I got an IDE HDD that is supposed to have 160GB's on it. When we install Windows, it says only 30GB is available and shows no other partitions. Is there a bootable USB way to check and/clean what else is clogging the drive?
control panel > administrative tools > computer management > storage > disk management
control panel > administrative tools > computer management > storage > disk management
I know and have done that, Windows is only reading 33GB.
I know and have done that, Windows is only reading 33GB.
Is it possible it's a mislabeled counterfeit?

Right click drive -> Properties -> functions, schedule a chkdsk, reboot
Not sure if I want to shell out an entire extra $100 just to buy from a dedicated website retailer when this retailer has great reviews. Is the monitor you linked guaranteed 0 dead pixels, or just less than 5?
With these monitors, you get what you pay for.
Would a GTX 760 be a worthwhile upgrade to a 560 Ti?
I'd like to pick up a graphics card about the time I buy a Rift, so I want to know what I can manage.
I'm on a 520w PSU which is also powering a 2500k, if that matters.
A 760 would be a really solid upgrade I'd say. Atleast looking at benchmarks of BF4 for it. A 760 wipes a 580 out.

I always like to show graphs so people can see if its worth it.
I like those graphs.
I like those graphs.
Good, cause I can tell you it's better all day, but it's up to you to rationalize spending the money to upgrade. If you think that increase is good enough for you, then great, get it!
Is there any way i can increase my ping, ie fake a delay for applications and games
The only thing i've found is "charles" and i can't seem to make the proxy/throttling functions of it work at all
Why... Do you want to increase your ping?
To simulate himself playing from low earth orbit?
To test out the Brazilian factor of cs:go.

i told you in the android thread but you didn't want to believe me
bug in ClipboardManager, a nicely segregated little service with the sole responsibility of holding on to the bits of information users copy from one place and eventually paste into another. Don't worry, the bug isn't affecting any of the core functionality, so copy/paste will keep working as normal. However, things go wrong once you have an app installed that requests to be notified of changes to the clipboard through a call to addPrimaryClipChangedListener. The sneaky part about this bug is that nothing bad happens when the call is made, and nothing bad even happens to the app that made the call - rather, when something is copied in a completely different app, it is that app that crashes.
an app you have installed has a clipboard handler
it could be any app!! figure it out and uninstall it for now and no more crashing
I've been having problems with Youtube lately. Every video I watch only has 360p as an option for quality unless it is embedded. Any ideas on how to fix this?
So, my computer has apparently come down with 'iLivid'. Anyone have experience with getting rid of it? Perhaps a good free antivirus, too?
Are there any good 1080p IPS monitors out there? I don't want a screen bigger than 24 inches due to desk limitations but I love the look of my friends IPS 27 inch.
[editline]6th November 2013[/editline]
My friend has the 27 inch version of this http://www.microcenter.com/product/401806/EQ246W_24_1080p_IPS_LCD_Monitor
Is this a good price for an IPS? It says it can do 1920x1200.

safe mode + Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (don't choose pro)
and use MSE, but that didn't really stop iLivid. common sense helps against it too sometimes.
I've been looking everyone on the internet but can't find an answer.
I moved to the UK a few months ago and brought my Xbox 360 with me, when I first plugged in my 360 through a UK connecter my power supply blew up. Stupid mistake made on my part because I didn't find out if I could use it over here before I plugged it in. I bought a UK power supply and have been playing my Xbox ever since. But soon I'm going to be moving back to the states and was wondering if I need to buy another American power supply or can I use an American converter piece for it to work? I'm pretty sure I'll have to buy a new one but clarification would be nice.

Check the back of your AC adapter; if under input it says something like 110-240V 50-60Hz (like most Sony products for example, but unlike Nintendo's stuff) then all you need is a whatsitcalled travel adapter thing. Otherwise leave your power brick at home and buy a new one in the States.
When are the first Atom Z3770 tablets going to be out?

Should I get this for my Lenovo G770? The wifi's been real iffy on my university network.
http://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/content/pdf/system_data/g770_tech_specs.pdf This says it has a Mini PCI Express port so I could just get the card and install it, right?

I usually prefer linux btw
600w would be enough to power an overclocked 4670k (4.4GHz at most) and an R9 280X (basically just a 7970 I believe), right?
