Someone knows if DropBox Pro has an upload limit or not?
Fairly sure Dropbox uploads to the max upload speed. Even in the non paid version. You can limit the upload yourself in the client if that's what you're looking for I believe.
It's because the company where I work are using DropBox to upload backups and the DropBox are uploading with a rate of 150 kB/s and we have 4 MB connection.
There's another method to upload the datas? Eg: line command. Something that don't requires much to upload.
Does anyone know of a good RSS reader?

You mean like trying to play a video which is stored on an iPhone with your computer?
It copies the file onto your computer into the temp folder before it plays it.
My computer puts the files here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Tmp\WPDNSE\{00000066-0000-0000-6600-000000000000}
Anyone know what the best laptop for space and gaming capabilities?
So I lost my iPhone 30 pin cables, anyone know some good cheap replacements? I really don't care to spend $20 on a cable but more like $10.
My boss asked me to look on he's laptop tomorrow on work. The computer doesen't find the HDMI port, anything you guys can think of it being except outdated drivers? He runs on a newly installed pirated win7. The computer is not new though, the HDMI worked fine before he installed the new OS.
has he installed the appropriate video drivers?

Im not sure. Thanks for the tip :) I will check it when he brings me the laptop
What's the best HDD cloning software out there? Paid or free I'm not fussed. Getting my SSD back soon.
Soon I plan on starting a build in a new case and I was wondering if I should save money and transfer my i7-2600 CPU to a new compatible motherboard.
Would it be worth it to wait a while longer and upgrade to a better cpu and motherboard compatible with better cpu's?
Isn't the i7-2600 socket the same one used in the Ivy Bridge, Sandy Bridge, and Haswell lines? There hasn't been much significant progress in Intel CPUs lately, I'm sure you'd be fine getting a motherboard with your socket type. If you want to upgrade in the future, you can always go to an i7-4770 or something. Honestly, though, you're kind of at the glass ceiling right now. Can't say you'd see performance gains either way.
Assuming you're on LGA-1155, anyway. LGA-1156 is deprecated, and LGA-1150 doesn't yet have any processors (To my knowledge. I may be wrong.) As long as you buy your socket type, you should be fine.
But what do I know about this stuff? Take it with a grain of salt.

Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge desktop processors, including the i7 2600, use LGA1155. Haswell uses LGA 1150, which is not compatible.

Okay, so he's stuck with Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge. Since there's no real reason to upgrade to Haswell (It's negligible, on-chip integrated graphics were the biggest improvement.), would he be safe to just stick with his current CPU?
Last question about DropBox: how do I make the DropBox run as service on Windows Server 2008 Standard? Some websites shows that I need use Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit and svrany.exe, but this executable is deprecated.
I'm looking for a new PC, since mine sucks really hard, but don't know much about all this. I found a shop with repacked PC, but don't know if it's really worth it. I'll mainly use it for web browsing, but I would like to play games on it and, ideally, use Photoshop and Illustrator without fear of it catching on fire.
Here's a model that go for about 120$. Would I be able to do such things on it, and does it is worth that money?
DELL GX740 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
Processor: AMD 64 X2 2,70 Ghz
RAM: 2 Go DDR2
Hard drive: S-ATA 500Go

I don't know any off the top of my head, but here's a handy Lifehacker article on it.

I know you guys probably hate Gawker network but I find Lifehacker to be pretty good with software recommendations.
Thanks Woolio and Gman for the advice. I've mostly depended on upgrading my GPU to get performance gains and didn't want to dish out money on a new CPU if it wouldn't be a decent upgrade for the money.
I'm using the pcpartpicker website to check for compatibility, do I need to do much extra research to make sure its compatible?
So I propably need a new cooler for my old 64 X2 5600+, been thinking about the Arctic Alpine 64 Plus or a Xigmatek Apache one, any suggestion/experiences?
Right now I'm using a stock one, but the temperature rises up to 80°C at full load and idles at ~50°C.

All you would need to do is figure out your current socket type, and then find a MoBo that supports that socket.
If you ever wanted to upgrade, just find another CPU that uses that socket.
Pretty simple.
Just got my VG248QE and there's a stuck pixel. Tried to fix it for a few hours by running a stuck pixel image but no luck.
Should I just return it for a new one?

If it doesn't go away, return it. Why settle for less than perfect?
Is there a modified version of windows that is slimmed down and will run faster? I have a htpc that is a bit slow.
What are the best/fastest ATI/NVIDIA video cards with over 2 GB of RAM in the $200-$550 price range right now? They have to have power requirements under 600 watts, too.
And what is the best manufacturer for each respective company? MSI, EVGA, XFX, etc.
It shouldn't matter, but this is my mainboard: http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/pegatron-2ac2-corporation-specs-12152010h39/

TinyXP/Tiny7 by eXPerience should suit your needs.
HD Radeon 6770 wont support a third monitor through VGA.
Used a second monitor for a long time and my pc recognises that there is a third monitor connected yet I can't get any signal.
Can one of you guys point me toward 16gb of ram that will work in my Mac mini? Not too well versed when it comes to RAM.

Which Mac Mini is it? They switched from DDR2 to DDR3 around 2009.
