I'm looking to upgrade my monitor (which is currently a 27inch TV and a horrible cheap 22inch tesco TV). I would like to get 2 monitors eventually. I think 22inch would be a perfect size. I may not buy the 2nd monitor but i would eventually get it. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-S22B150-21-5-inch-Widescreen/dp/B006Z5GGN4/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top I have been looking at this monitor, Thoughts? Noting i have a HDMI and a DVI port on graphics card.
So I finally upgraded to Windows 8, liking it so far but I'm getting some issues (or well, stuff I don't like) My account name looks like this in computer: And finally, I have a second taskbar (identical to the first one) on my second screen [t]http://puu.sh/3SUdj.png[/t]
Does anyone have any clue on how to unlock this 500gb recovery partition without me losing everything on my computer? No clue why it's like this, as I've been under the impression that I only had 500gb total storage until today when speccy listed my HDD as a 1tb. EDIT: Fixed it by using Partition Master to delete the partition and then resized my C:/ partition to use the unallocated space. Happy days!

You chose that account name, own fault. Change it if you want something different. Same would go with Windows 7 or Vista, or XP for that matter. 2. Right-click on Taskbar -> Properties. Then change it there. Did you even try lol? 3. Try not using start8, you'll probaly like it if you give it a shot.
1. You chose that account name, own fault. Change it if you want something different.
err I wouldn't really call that "fine"
I had it with Turbo on. I turned it off and 75C max temp. I know I should dust it off and whatnot but it wouldn't help much, I have the stock Intel cooler right now.

I'm sticking with Start8.

I'm wondering how it took you ten minutes to find either of those.

Hey guys I'm having issues with my earphones. My right earphone makes this 'popping' sound when I push it into my ear. It will also do this when I gently push it when it is inside the ear. Has anybody had any similar issue and if so did you fix it / how did you fix it? This only happens with the right earphone, if I put it in my left ear it still happens. Thanks.

Any name will work. 4: Boom, it should show your name instead of patri_000. Might need to logout of Windows or restart or something before it gets the memo [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] There's somewhere to do it within Windows too, but I don't have a Win8 install nearby to find it
Would there be a way to have a mSATA SSD shown in the system drives? I really want a bit more of fast storage and I can't seem to "activate" the SSD any way I try.
it would behave like any other HDD, what do you mean? is it being used by a cache system or something [editline]4th August 2013[/editline] diskmgmt.msc ?

I could use it as a drive or cache for my storage, either is good for me, as long as I get it working.

Could anybody please pick me out a wireless adapter for my computer. I got fibre optic this week but it was installed downstairs and I can't connect to it with a wired connection until I change room next year. I want a good wireless adapter to get as high a speed as I can. Thanks Also could you find it on this site because I live in Ireland so I can't really use American sites. Or somewhere like Amazon.co.uk Thanks
I can't even see it in the BIOS, actually. I could use it as a drive or cache for my storage, either is good for me, as long as I get it working.
what motherboard or laptop model? [editline]4th August 2013[/editline] and how is it connected
Motherboard is MSI Z77IA-E53 and the SSD is Kingston mS200 120GB. I put it in the mSATA slot, screwed in with a single screw.
Make sure the SATA port meant fro the mSATA drive isn't in use
How do I make sure of that?
So, for media player classic, how do i add an audio language? Say I bought a movie that only includes Japanese dub but I have an english audio file downloaded separately. An answer would really help, thanks.
File -> Open has a option for the video file and audio dub file
Oh...I never bothered to do the most obvious thing because I thought it'd only take video files. Thanks alot!
A few of the screws that attach my motherboard to the standoffs seem to be stripped and are now unremovable. Any advice on getting them apart without fucking up the motherboard?

If I bought a bluetooth card/dongle for my computer, could I use a PS3 controller wireless?
If I bought a bluetooth card/dongle for my computer, could I use a PS3 controller wireless?
With a certain really crappy PS3 support software, yes! (It's cheaper, easier, and faster to just buy a wired X360 pad, and it'll work in more games.)
Been looking at some of those 'Android PSP' Chinese consoles on DX. Looking from YouTube videos and reviews some of them seem pretty good. Anyone here had any experience with them?
