Seriously though, these things are like the daddy of multitools and pocket knifes and stuff. - I know people who have owned them for years of daily service (Granted, Repairing cables and shit...)
Obviousvly not a combat knife but we are going off topic here :p

New keyboard and mouse. Yay. Didn't pay for either of them :v:
I'm seriously loving those lights on your desktop. Did you build that?
Oh wow, nice picture frame.
currently rocking a glock field knife, shit's the shit.
Why do people put their mouse at a higher priority than their monitor?
:colbert:
High quality mouses rule.

and I need a mobo that has (at least) three IDE connectors:

got these for :20bux: (thats total, not each) at a hamfest. all 40 gigs, all 7200 rpm. thinking I might make a computer with two drives, each with two redundant drives. or just 6 drives.

The IDE!!!!!! IT BURNS!!!
pretty much the only difference between SATA and IDE is that SATA uses a smaller cable
All my hard drives are IDE, I've never even seen or used a SATA.
don't get a $10 knife, chances are it's tacticool backwards Chinese scrapmetal shit.
what are you looking for specifically?
I bought a 5" knife from a yard sale for $3, that was about 4 years ago, I've abused it SO much; thrown it (Don't ask), I've used it to carve, and I've also widdled things with it. Still looks somewhat new, blade is still straight. Etc.
yardsale is different. it means someones selling something they don't want anymore. it could have been very expensive when he bought it.

Price =! quality.
Price =! quality.
not necessarily, but he was challenging my argument of a $10 knife, so I responded with an argument related to the price. he said that because it was $3 that I was wrong. I was explaining that $3 was not the original price.
and quality, in most cases, does mean a higher price.
unless it's apple. then you pay alot for mediocrity.

My friend had the keyboard/mouse for a long time and be bought new stuff(And gave them to me). They were in crappy/semifunctional conditions so I fixed them and cleaned them up.
also I'm going to buy a new monitor in literally about 30 minutes. So yeah.
:ms:
Its a $15 knife originally. I forgot the specific details, but all I know is that its a Remmington.

seems to have more "cool factor" than utility imo. but S&W isn't too bad.
dammit why are we still talking about knives?

updated picture of desk, this time without yugioh cards.
Get smaller monitors or a bigger desk.
CRT's technically cost more money to own because they rape power demand.
High quality monitors like the one on the right also cost more to buy. That's a $300 monitor.
[editline]cocks[/editline]
also I like this small desk because I don't have room to make a mess of it

No, I don't. Why do you ask?
Also, my legs hit the bottom of my desk in this chair.
