Wait, what's hard about Exchange? Last time I touched it, you just installed it and the rest of it was DNS bullshit.
Had a few problems with the install (had to do a command line install, graphical installer just wouldn't work) but after that was out of the way the main issues were regarding the multiple network interfaces i've got on the machine and the fact that SMTP mail couldn't be delivered to the server because I was using Google's DNS on one of the interfaces.
Turns out Realtek HD audio panel does have a LPF filter. You only need to put it to 5.1 speaker mode, disable all other speakers than your front left and right and enable Bass Management. Looks like that is just a weird name for a low-pass-filter, hmm.. Also the subwoofer output is a lot lower level than the normal stereo one, making my woofer get a lot less volume sent to it. Might be nice actually, makes it make more supportive sounds than just loud noises. [editline]23rd May 2017[/editline] A little bit of illiteracy too: local sport school just finished and they uploaded the list of students to FB, congratulating them. [t]http://i.imgur.com/Eq6KL2O.jpg[/t] I only censored it and tried to not jpeg rerape it again.
Since most streamers are a one-person band, it looks like it's a lot easier for you to use a streamdeck than use an actual video switcher
That and the customization is a big point. Each button is an LCD where you can load custom artwork and it can even change automatically. So good for setting up custom scenes and seeing what you're pressing.
I'm a year older now. fml
I'm a year older now. fml
Congrats on not dying for another consecutive 365.25 days!
Congrats on not dying for another consecutive 365.25 days!
I've survived mostly on water, bread, and laughing at US politics.
It's all downhill from here
Why is working two jobs so exhausting? Going to school and working afterwards was easy compared to this shit of working 9am-5pm plus 6-10pm. Just started my network admin/help desk internship today. It's pretty much the same work I did before just I don't have to deal with customers.

Hell, I feel drained going into work at 12 and coming home at 8:30. Atleast with school it's a different environment I guess.
I'm a year older now. fml
If you don't specify the exact time you're a year older than, then you're always a year older.
I worked 32 hours in the last 3 days, I'll probably work at least ten tomorrow, and another 5ish Thursday.
Back to using my Thinkpad, man I miss typing on this keyboard..

how good or bad does the basic hosting plan look to you guys compared to other hosting services? https://webflow.com/pricing/one-site
how good or bad does the basic hosting plan look to you guys compared to other hosting services? https://webflow.com/pricing/one-site
Overpriced as fuck for hosting.
how good or bad does the basic hosting plan look to you guys compared to other hosting services? https://webflow.com/pricing/one-site
I pay $5 a month for my VPS, which hosts http://tfa.li/ as well as some other stuff; however, it's even cheaper since I preloaded my account for half off. I get 1TB of bandwidth per month. You should definitely be able to find some basic web hosting plan for cheaper.
Overpriced as fuck for hosting.
You can get whole dedicated servers for that much.
how good or bad does the basic hosting plan look to you guys compared to other hosting services? https://webflow.com/pricing/one-site
You can get web hosting for literally $5 a year. https://buyshared.net/shared-cpanel-hosting/ (can vouch for buyshared/buyvm)
Overpriced as fuck for hosting.
Is there any possible reason for it being overpriced or is it just really shit? Also how about SquareSpace?
Is there any possible reason for it being overpriced or is it just really shit? Also how about SquareSpace?
Why would you spend $12 a month (on an annual plan) for web hosting when $5 a month gets you a reliable and fast as fuck DigitalOcean droplet with your choice of Nginx/Apache installed? They set some things up for you but a lot of them are trivial to do these days; notwithstanding that dozens, if not hundreds, of other companies provide much cheaper web hosting with next to no limits. SquareSpace is ok but all of the websites are really samey. Up to you if you care though.
I forgot to enable transparent compression on my laptop when I set it up. Just compressed everything with ZLIB, got like 5GB+ back, nice.

You can't export your website you've created in their editor without paying a designer fee / subscription either r lol.
Honestly comparing providers is quite the shit-show, some have terrible routing, some of network congestion during prime time. Sometimes you buy 2 identical plans, in the same location, and get completely different performance metrics out of them. Some of them have purposely skewed plans, or apache/nginx configurations, where they'll push cache more aggressively than the plan has RAM for, forcing you towards more expensive plans. [editline]25th May 2017[/editline] The appeal of some of these plans tho, is that they are providing a platform that actually would survive a sudden user spike. Rather then be like "oh we've hit your max ram usage" , or your own servers crippling.
In win7 you could replace the task manager with the one for xp dunno about win10. End process really means end process with the xp one.
Process Explorer from Sysinternals is pretty good, have it as my task manager
Fuck sake, laptop got overnight shipped from the other side of the country (3600 km or so), brought bootable drive to work so I could get the fourth screen going then but Manjaro's installer doesn't like ISO mode so I had to do DD mode at home. And then the fucking internet is dead and the person paying for it is on holidays so who knows when it's coming back on. Tried turning router on and off again but there's no WiFi networks showing up. I don't recognise anyone because images are off to avoid raping credit too hard, also I'm sick, my foot hurts and this keyboard keeps putting two spaces in.
I have a 2MB CSV file that I can't work with in Excel, Libreoffice or Google Docs because they all slow down to a crawl or crash when I load it in. Fuck.
I spent $40 on a mobile data pack before taking a second look at the router, noticing the WiFi lights were off, pressing the "WiFi On/Off" button and watching in wonderment as the fucking WiFi magically started working again. I am not good with computers.
Fuck I hate projector listings on Amazon. I'm trying to find a projector for my sister's wedding to show pictures while they dance, and I see a lot of listings like: "3200 Lumens HD Video Projector 1080P Gaming Home Theater LCD" "Meyoung Portable Projector 1080P 1200 Lumens" etc. And you look and they all bury the ACTUAL NATIVE resolution deep within the listing. They're like, 240p and 480p like what the fuck
