Ms? (Mrs?) If so, there's more of us here than I realised.
MOD
I've been able to play with the Switch, and it's surprisingly quiet. I've really only worked in a room full of switches and servers so I've never had the ability to isolate one's noise.
I may be able to convince my mother to knock out the internet for a day to hook up the router I'm building and the switch. That will be fun!
Going back on topic, for whatever reason when I use the Balanced power mode in Windows 10 on an XPS 15 (the latest one with Kaby Lake, NVIDIA 1050), it starts to randomly lag. Like a lot. It would lock up, the network would be really slow.
However when I use the High Performance mode, it doesn't lock up.
The second I use the Balanced power mode, the typing input starts to lag. Oh and the WiFi loves to disconnect. I have no idea why.
The second I go back to the High Performance power mode, there is no more lag.
I tried the Dell's OEM provided setting and it still lags.
When I set it to power saver, it also does this same lagging bullshit.
However, sometimes even in High Performance mode, the laptop would lock up and lag. Although the network stays fine. This is really weird.

Inserting my floppy in dat zip drive.
A bit more on topic, I've fallen into addiction to Breath of the Wild.

I've only had it for 3 days. I should probably cut back.
Nah.

That was me with my first week with my switch. Now work's murdering me so I don't have much time/effort

I'm barely even touching the main story at this point, I still havent hunted down any of the memory/photo locations.
Check Processor Power Management especially in the maximum box, make sure it's at 100%
Also make sure it's not thermal throttling ofc.
All of the power plans are set to 100% for max state. I don't think it's thermal throttling because the temps are typically 40C. Also it still locks up and lags when it is in those affected power plans when the laptop itself is plugged in..

That's a late game progression thing. I tried to do it some of it early and it was fucking hard.
I'm three Divine Beasts down, and i'm slowly traversing everywhere and getting any missed camps and shrines.

I haven't even touched the Divine Beasts. I accidentally encountered one and got my ass kicked but I don't think that counts.

It's more likely than you think!
I'm more concerned about the number of furries in here.
I gotta say, I'm actually tempted by the Ryzen 5 1600X. Ryzen 7 personally did nothing for me but the 1600X seems to be in such a sweetspot for me, looks great.

You may wanna look towards defeating one. I'd recommend Vah Medoh, you won't regret it.

Came back from a trip up North a few days ago to find this had been implemented, pretty neat work. I imputed my card details in my actual Wii though since I wasn't assured at the time that Dolphin could handle them securely. These updates to Dolphin cost me £35.

Microsoft plz
Seems like a reasonable error?

Why not the 1600, though? If the 1800X taught us anything, it is that the 1700 will do the same at a lower price point with the motherboard you'd want anyway.
The 1400 (and the 1500 for that matter) is looking interesting for budget builds, but it'd depend on motherboard (and cooling) pricing, really - if you could push it to 3.9-4.0GHz, it should match most of Intel's budget line-up in single-threaded, while dominating in multi-threaded workloads.
Also, do you guys think the CCX configurations will have a significant impact on the performance? Seems that the whole line-up will be dual CCX configurations, but wouldn't a quad core do better if it sat on a single CCX?
And (disclaimer) I'm not an electroengineer, but having long pathways (isn't sync issues a barrier in overclocking?) between two CCXs sounds like something that would impact overclocking performance as well?

I'm still more concerned as to why're still using Windows XP.

Figured it out,
Not my code, but storing it as a UTF8 Encoding Byte Array converts everything to use the percentage, This might have an affect on the signature difference on the post request. But Azure asks for it to be encoded as such
I'll probably just bother the guy who implemented it, who works for Azure

Back on my old GPU, I was using the DVI input on my primary display and with a shitty cable too, so when I tried overclocking my display, it would complain about out-of-range at 66Hz.
I remembered a few days back that I'm now on HDMI with my RX 480, so I gave it another try.

It's something, I suppose.
Late, but I'd like to say Congrats to Kiwi for his recent mod status. :toot:
Never walk and laptop kids.
Was just walking back to an office while trying to log into my laptop with one hand. Ran into a full height plexiglass panel that was right next to an open door. I feel like one of those birds in the old windex commercials.
how did you even
By not looking and just catching a sight of the office I needed to be in out of the corner of my eye. It's a straight floor to ceiling panel
