I just use a proper watch :(
I managed to free my wrist from the shackles of the watch over a decade ago, I'm not putting another god damn thing there. Unless I stop being lazy and do something I thought of over a year ago.
I just use a proper watch :(
Same, but I just scratched my favorite watch pretty badly while being sick as fuck. Makes me sad.
I just use a proper watch :(
Same. I'd choose a proper analogue watch over a gimmicky smartwatch any day.
Only analogue watches that are worthwhile are self winding mechanical ones.
Also any watch that functions well and looks sleek. I've gotten plenty of compliments on my watches.
I just use a proper watch :(
One of my hobbies is actually collecting old Soviet watches. Hell, the watch I'm wearing right now is older than I am.
One of my hobbies is actually collecting old Soviet watches. Hell, the watch I'm wearing right now is older than I am.
I do like my Luch
One of my hobbies is actually collecting old Soviet watches. Hell, the watch I'm wearing right now is older than I am.
I have a Vostok! (technically two but the other is gutted, it arrived broken and shipping it back to the seller would literally cost more than it's worth :v:) Soviet watches are great.
I do like my Luch
Luch is the one brand I want that I don't have yet, I have like 3 Vostoks, 3 Pobedas, two Raketas, a Slava and a Poljot. About half of them are self-winding, the rest are hand-wound. They all work and I've dialed them in +/- 5 seconds a day except for one Pobeda that ticks fine but you can't set the time :v:

I always seem to forget to wind it at the worst times though.
Had an interview for an IT job. Usually I'm use to dealing with some middle management guy that dosen't know anything about IT and asks a bunch of wishy washy questions and makes me feel useless. This time my application went straight to the IT department dude who just asked me technical/background questions which was nice for a change :v:

I have the wrists of an 8 year old girl, so wearing a watch is kind of out of the question for me
I have the wrists of an 8 year old girl, so wearing a watch is kind of out of the question for me
Just get a women's watch. You can get honestly fairly masculine ones. Example. (I have a similar one in white with a different band)
There's also thinner smaller watches like many Luch's and Skagens that work fine on smaller wrists. Mine are honestly pretty small.
I have the wrists of an 8 year old girl, so wearing a watch is kind of out of the question for me
Never skip forearm days bro

This is the best part of IPoAC
The experiment had the team transfer a 700MB file via three delivery methods to determine which was the fastest: A carrier pigeon with a microSD card, a car carrying a USB Stick, or a Telstra (Australia's largest telecom provider) ADSL line. The data was to be transferred from Tarana in rural New South Wales to the western-Sydney suburb of Prospect, New South Wales, a distance of 132km by road. Approximately halfway through the race the internet connection unexpectedly dropped and the transfer had to be restarted, the pigeon won the race with a time of approximately 1 hour 5 minutes, the car came in second at 2 hours 10 minutes, while the internet transfer did not finish, having dropped out a second time and not coming back.

This is the best part of IPoAC
That's amazing :v:

AVCHD is annoying when you want to film continuously. Sure the camcorder can do that but the codec it picks is garbage and splits the files up and doesn't seamlessly split them up, causing a few frames of missing video and audio in between each file. Like fuck.
