In the middle of doing a LAN wide backup to my 20TB Array and... [T]https://vgy.me/ACVyQS.png[/T] Hopefully its wrong... Nope. They typically don't replace the drive, they give you a gift card for the value that you then spend on their store.

hey dad i found a macbook [editline]23rd April 2017[/editline] fuck this is nice
Shit. Going through the reseller then I guess.
If Toshiba had a better RMA setup like seagate I might do more business with them. Though the last like year I only do refurb drives since even the power usage isn't big enough of an issue. The price difference to a new drive would need like 4-5 years to break even.

You can probably tell how impressed I am with Seagate, last time I had an RMA I had to get on phone and give them a right earful on the situation. (Being British, lots and lots of swearing about the 20+ useless drives that I now have)

But I'm in the US maybe I got better luck here.
The re-certs all have failed within a really short timeframe for me.
TIL: How to use the Nvidia control panel to deal with overscan issues on a plasma screen.
Sub pages have broken for years now and it just keeps getting worse, I sometimes miss a video by like 4 hours even when constantly refreshing the page
My youtube history page doesn't log my viewing history and hasn't been for the last 3 years. Really says something.
My youtube history page doesn't log my viewing history and hasn't been for the last 3 years. Really says something.
You probably disabled it silly.
You probably disabled it silly.
Nope. You can only pause it and it's clearly not paused, I've even paused and unpaused it multiple times, still doesn't log history.
easyprivacy list enabled in adblock? it blocks the history logging url
I've given up on youtube to the point where I download videos with youtube-DL and watch them locally. They'll never roll back the mess of a "improvement" and fix the mistakes & bugs.
You can also just stream them with livestreamer tho:P I'm just really mad there is no api to fetch your sub feed, I'd love to build my own youtube sub feed viewer
You can also just stream them with livestreamer tho:P I'm just really mad there is no api to fetch your sub feed, I'd love to build my own youtube sub feed viewer
Or no api in general to make it easier to write a full-out client to compensate for the shittiness of youtube. You can't even sort the videos of a user/group by rating anymore, that was a handy feature to me to sort out the actually good videos instead of the vague as shit "by popularity" [editline]22nd April 2017[/editline] Also I prefer a local backup in case it gets taken down

But I don't know what kind of magic they have to pull off to do it though.
I open YouTube URLs with VLC.. it's not particularly good when you fast forward tho

https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/subscriptions/list?hl=en [editline]23rd April 2017[/editline] Wait no I see what you mean now.
Posting here out of slight desperation... My Server 2016 Hyper-V setup has taken a bit of a nosedive, all VMs run completely fine but as soon as I attempt to connect to any machine via Hyper-V manager the connection client just hangs and crashes. Attempted restarting all VMs, services and server but nothing has helped...was completely fine before the recent Server 2016 updates...any idea what could be causing it? (or how to roll back updates)
[t]http://i.imgur.com/vbqI65r.png[/t] Finally have image proof that youtube also just randomly does not show shit on the subscription page at random and that I'm not mad. Doesn't make my youtubeing taste any better, Remember :excited:.
If you're referring to the latest video, videos can take a few hours to hit everyone. Also NerdCubed, eugh
Replaced a worse habit with him, I call it improvement :v:.
LTT?
I unsubbed from LTT. They do like an interesting video per month. They put so much time into filler it's impressive.
I unsubbed from LTT. They do like an interesting video per month. They put so much time into filler it's impressive.
I watch them whenever they are posted here or somewhere else on fp

The only tech channels I'm still subscribed to are Jayztwocents and Paul's Hardware. Everyone else is either too annoying or fart out pointless/filler videos.
