That happened to me once with a phone. Bought an Xperia Z3 from ebay, thinking it was the global unlocked version (D6603) based on the description and model number given in the listing. It was the japanese market variant, which had no band support for use in the US. Fought with the eBay seller for about a week before they just said, in terribly broken english, to send it back for a full refund. Of course, I had to pay for the shipping. They never updated the description.
My seller was nice and refunded me my shipping when he sent me the wrong processor. I've been dealing only with North American sellers though so I have a reasonable timeline to get my shit. I'm still waiting on my Pokemon cock version from Hong Kong.
I just got my AM4 bracket in for my NHD15 so I can install that today. Seems a little bittersweet given how nice the stock cooler is. The NHD15 doesn't have RGB :(
Wait, you're green too now?
anime for mods 2017
Perfect timing, just got my NIC for my server router. All I need now is a low profile heat sink and a small matx case.
too much anime
Anime made me pan and turned me into a moderator.
but I have a chinese cartoon avatar too, clearly I should be a mod. definitely.
but I have a chinese cartoon avatar too, clearly I should be a mod. definitely.
chinese
chinese
chinese cartoons are the best anime, don't you know?
chinese cartoons are the best anime, don't you know?
my head, pls no
https://www.back2gaming.com/news/amd-confirms-20c-offset-thermal-reading/ Looks like the stock cooler is fine anyways. Since the hottest I ever got was 84c and that was during prime95 I think.
Kinda confused that they would do that rather than making the fan profile a little smarter. At the same time though it's really fucking nice that the stock coolers are good enough for some light oc
I think 3.0 to 3.8 is a decent overclock for a stock cooler. But now I am thinking the NHD15 won't let me overclock more since the CPU was only hitting 65c in actuality.
You weren't touching voltage thou right?
left it on auto. I want to hit maybe 3.9 if I can, and then I'll test dropping voltage progressively. [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] Here is a whole post about Ryzen: https://community.amd.com/community/gaming/blog/2017/03/13/amd-ryzen-community-update?sf62107357=1 They said they don't think there is an issue with the scheduler for W10

I never even thought of it when adding together my costs for my router, but a Xeon doesn't have on-board graphics. Of course it doesn't, didn't take me til thinking about it now after I'm getting a POST error. My board only has one PCI-E x16 slot which is being used by the NIC, so I gotta go looking for an x1 GPU. [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] In good news, after consulting a bunch of websites that said my X3430 processor might be compatible with my board with a BIOS update, the board is fully updated and it does POST. Yay!

Almost all server boards should have some form of integrated graphics either coming from the chipset, from the IPMI controller, or an old discrete GPU like ATI Rage 128.
Also nobody wants my shit on hardwareswap :frown: [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] MY MERGE :surrender:

Gonna see if there are any floating around at work or at my OEM. [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] aaand that means I gotta go with a full size case if I'm grabbing that card, unless I do some "Linus" fuckery with the card.
It's not a server board. Intel DQ57TM
eww lga1156 xeon
I actually have an x16 GT 710 in front of me and it would be possible for me to lose the VGA port on it. I've never done metal cutting, nor do I know anyone with a dremel :(
Just buy a low profile bracket. There are tons of generic ones that have just the DVI and S-Video port
of course, that would be the easy thing to do. [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] god i cannot think [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] that was fast for me to find on eBay, sick Once the tax return flies in, I buy the rest of the parts and i'm good to go :o.
Does it connect to anything? I've heard of extra num pads, but this would just be hotkey heaven
No, it's literally just switches mounted to a plate inside of a box with a glass top [editline]14th March 2017[/editline] That example picture probably has hundreds of dollars worth of keykaps in it
eww lga1156 xeon
I've got an lga1556 xeon sitting in an R210 in my closet. I don't use it.
Hey Pentium, can I buy one of those hard drives off of you? :v:
