Maybe just do the same thing they do, Take an existing extender, cut it down, and re-isolate it. Like the residu from the clicky thing is right there. Or just buy one from china with free shipping, wait for a month for it arrive, and keep your PC open in the meanwhile.
Any good sources where I can buy it from china?
Bought a 970 Turbo for my Corsair Air 240. Despite the site telling me I'd have 8 cms of space to put my PCI powercable in, it doesn't fit. Are there some kind of 90 degree PCI powercable adapter thingies?
Wait, what brand is your card? I haven't seen this come up in my research.
Wait, what brand is your card? I haven't seen this come up in my research.
It's an ASUS reference-ish card.
Ooh, that's a really pretty card, and it matches my color scheme. I might grab one of those. EDIT: How much clearance do you have between the window and the card? It says here that the max cooler and card height is 120mm, but the Turbo is 121mm. I'm guessing it smashes right up against the window, right?
PSU is something called VENTO TA-KB1 and SSD is Samsung 120 GB SSD 850 EVO 540/520MB/s I'm guessing this build can run games like GTA V and Overwatch on high, right?
Definitely drop that PSU for a better one like the: Seasonic: m12/S12/S12G/S12-II, XFX: TS/XTR/PRO series, Superflower: Any. That unit is 100% unknown and if it blows (which it probably will) it will take out half your pc with it. For the rest of your build: If you want to run GTA V at 1080p on high, you need an AMD r9-380 4GB at least. If you want to run it maxed out you need an r9-390 8GB or Nvidia 970 at least. The 750Ti will run it fine at medium/Low. (60+fps) The SSD you selected is very good.
Don't forget EVGA: G2/P2/T2, Antec: HCG/TruePowerClassic/Earthwatts Green/Edge/HCP. Just for more options.

Until I plug in the PCI cable :v.
I can easily put the window on. Until I plug in the PCI cable :v.
Okay, so a flat PCI cable would solve that? I might end up buying myself a Turbo, if that's the case.
I've gotta buy a flat PCI cable first, can't confirm. It looks like it works though [editline]27th January 2016[/editline] [t]http://i.imgur.com/lmNTov4.jpg[/t]
how am I looking? I don't want to spend anymore than this and I need to include monitors. But is there anything I should substitute out for something else that would be a better deal? [t]http://i.imgur.com/jbnjjYd.png[/t]
Huh, NZXT apparently launched their first ITX case "Manta". It looks weird. [t]https://scontent-mia1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xlt1/t31.0-8/12622542_10156483515965301_7250968542547870980_o.jpg[/t] It's larger than most mini-ITX cases, but supposedly it's made for the watercooling options. [t]https://scontent-mia1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xtf1/t31.0-8/12473527_10156483515195301_8458450644674265999_o.jpg[/t] $140, comes in white as well. Ports/power button are on the top. [editline]27th January 2016[/editline] [t]http://i.imgur.com/0J5RIJu.png[/t] Wonder if he would have bought it if they answered.
Eh, it's like the Phanteks Mini XL but for ITX. Sure, you can get an mATX case of the same size, but it won't have nearly the same room for shit. You're not the target market if you complain about that. [editline]27th January 2016[/editline] Or Motherboard manufacturers could get off their ass and finally make DTX boards.

MY AMAZON NIGHTMARE IS NEVERENDING. Now they want me to pay $25 to return the things that they sent me because they wouldn't cancel my order, and support is infinitely less than helpful. This might be the last time I do a big, multi-piece order on Amazon. This is just awful.

So after having my new PC for about a month I figured I'd give cable management a shot. How did I do?
so about a year ago my current PSU (Antec NEO ECO 620) started making some clicking noises and i finally got fed up with it and decided it was time to get a new one. my current specs [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZGvZx5Y.png[/t] i plugged what i had into this http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator (the basic form) and i got about 420 watts and it recommended this. I plan on overclocking (eventually). Is this good enough? even just evga has alot of different versions of psu (g1,g2,gs,gq) idk what any of that shit means. budget it about 100 bux

You're not going to save any more than $10 going to another good option, but none of them are as good as that one.
Finally, progress! I pestered them enough that they made a prepaid return shipping authorization for me. We'll see how that goes, but I'm optimistic.

Dammit [editline]28th January 2016[/editline] Looks like I'll have to order one of these when I've got the money for it. So I've been looking into using my Raspberry Pi as a lighting controller for my case, using Adafruit neopixels. Could anyone point me in the right direction for that?
Anyone else getting high temp readings for their GPU after the recent update? I'm idling at 60s now, I don't know if it's because I set it to "prefer maximum performance" in global settings or if it's actually the update. Some insight would be great.

I've noticed that the motherboard has various ports for video output. Are these functional when using a dedicated card? Or are these only usable by integrated graphics? I've seen news of some coolers damaging Skylake CPUs. I'm planning on taking my computer to LANs / if I move house etc. How concerned should I be of it getting damaged in transit? 6600K vs 6700K. Is there a reason to get the i7 over the i5? when would the i7 be noticeable faster (assuming same clock)?
Ports on the mono are for integrated graphics Cooler should not be an issue If you are just using it for gaming the i5 should be sufficient
