I'd rather keep it, sorry. Apart from this is my system good? Would it be fine if I replaced the h55 with the Cooler Master 212 Evo? [editline]30th June 2015[/editline] After getting external help on this I've decided to drop a generation. Tell me what you guys think now, I think this is the final one. How often do you all upgrade your computer? Mine is two and half years old, and freezes a few times a week due to motherboard issues. Likewise, it can only only play new games on about medium now. Then again, I also don't play games as much as I used to, so I could definitely wait a year or more before upgrading. Would I save a substantial amount of money by waiting a year and replacing my card/motherboard/ram/processor , or would it be worth it to buy a 970/980 and new motherboard now, and replace my processor and ram down the road? Would my processor bottleneck my system by a noticeably amount? I feel like processors haven't changed massively the past few years compared to graphics cards and they used to say you never needed more than 8gb of ram, though now 16 dual-channel seems like the norm. My build:

[editline]30th June 2015[/editline] There's really no need to "replace" ram as well. You can always just add more.
You should replace the PSU. It's not a very good one. I'm thinking of buying a monitor now, should I go with the PB278QR or the PB278Q? Or is there another monitor that I haven't noticed that'd be the better choice? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-pb278qr http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-pb278q

Since my previous question came unanswered, what's the best pre-built watercooled heatsink I can get? Are Corsair's solutions reliable?
Since my previous question came unanswered, what's the best pre-built watercooled heatsink I can get? And while they are high RPM fans with high static pressure, they range from Loud to Jet engine. And i personally replaced them, although in a silent case maybe you could get away with it. Their control software is an absolute disaster and is something you should never ever use. But its pretty much mandatory, because else the fans will run a constant 100% unless you plug them into a different fan controller solution. However all those things considered they still manage to come out on top a lot, there are some other AIO water cooling loops, but especially if you're going for dual radiator the significantly better ones tend to be 50$ up in price. The coolermaster dual radiator is slightly worse then the corsair one, but they have a better price/performance for the single radiators. The H110 is apparently more silent then the H100i so thats probably worth checking out of that was what you're going for. Because it really is incredibly loud. There are a lot of people who buy their H100i together with a pair of noctuna fans.
Since my previous question came unanswered, what's the best pre-built watercooled heatsink I can get? This causes corrosion. The glycol liquid they use postpones this, but nothing can stop science alltogether. Unfortunately the only AIO's that use proper parts are notably more expensive.
Just posting here since this is more centralized around components. Anyone know why my CPU Usage doesn't go over 30% on Firestrike normal? My GPU Usage stays around 70% for it. It results in me getting an overall score of 9000-10000 when someone else with the same card but slightly better CPU gets 17000+. i7 3770 and MSI 980 Ti Gaming 6GB is my setup. From what it seems its obvious that my CPU is bottlenecking my performance, but why is it not going over 30% use no matter what I do? BIOS changes, unparking my cores, everything. Also that other guy's CPU isn't slightly better, it's pretty much twice as good as far as the CPU portion of firestrike is concerned. It has twice the cores/threads. As for the GPU portion, I'm not quite sure. Try running valley/heaven benchmark and see if GPU usage goes to 100.

I was getting 50-60~ FPS in the first test portion and he was getting 90~. GPU is also set to prefer max performance. Will post results of Valley when i finish dling it.
http://www.demcifilter.com/p0176/Corsair-Carbide-500R-Dust-Filter-Kit.aspx Is this worth it
I'm backing up my current computer onto an external hard drive to put on the new hard drive when the computer arrives. However, using the WD backup tools has created a backup of just the C drive, seemingly excluding the Windows Files. How do I set up the backup for this portable hard drive so that, when the main computer arrives, I can put it onto the new hard drive and boot up from there? This also means I need to have the backup store Windows itself. (For reference, I'm currently using the WD Smartware to backup.)
Demcifilters are legit as shit. I'm going to be picking some up for my S8 eventually. [editline]1st July 2015[/editline] No backup software is going to let you do this. You need a working OS installed to use them. Just clone your old drive to the new one using Clonezilla, it's free. [editline]1st July 2015[/editline] Though be warned, Windows is like 50/50 whether or not it will boot with a different motherboard. You may have to do a fresh install.

It's not going to reduce airflor or anything as well right
I mean anything between the fans and the outside is going to reduce airflow, this is what filters do. It's minimal since they're really good filters though, and well worth the reduced flow.

How does Valley force 98% Usage but Fire Strike doesn't? GPU Temp was 77c, CPU was 50c~ Also managed to get my CPU over 30% usage by running the windows 8.1 command to getting my computers performance index, pushed it to 90%+. But if i'm in any game, it stays on 30% usage or lower. I'm so confused.
Firestrike can be weird throughout it. I really do just like valley for my GPU tests. And in any properly multithreaded games, your CPU usage really won't got above 30-50% with a 3770 assuming it's not a crazy MMO or RTS

I game on a 144hz monitor, this is the main reason I just want it to push for more frames.
What other games have you tried?

I wouldn't mind paying a premium for something that will actually last. If there's one thing that fucking gets my spine in a twist is the thought of having these things drip inside the case onto the CPU/mobo/gpu.
What other games have you tried?
I don't really have much to work with, GTA V is uninstalled ATM so i'll probably try that tomorrow and leave it dling overnight.
The Coolermaster Glacer, which has been out of production so they're hella expensive. The Swiftech H240-X if you can find it. It's worth the money, and you can expand on it. If you can't find one though still grab the Corsair or a Kraken X61, they may only last 3-5 years, but it'll certainly let you know when it's starting to fail so there's no worry there, and they're priced accordingly and fairly. Having anything in an AIO leak is very rare. Twist the tubes around a bit when you first get it, like a sine wave. Take a look for any moisture that may have popped up. If there's none, it's a really low chance anything will happen.
