Decided to change things and try to cheapen things up. Does this setup need anything changed in someone's opinion?

On that build you have non overclockable CPU on an overclockable motherboard. You'd be better off with a H97 if you don't want to overclock the cpu.
I've made a couple of changes to your list:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NrW2D3
For one, I changed the motherboard and ram to be a little bit cheaper. Then I added a 250gb SSD (I switched out the WD Black for a Seagate Barracuda to keep the total similar)
Hey guys, not sure if it's cool to ask in this thread or not, but I needed some help with a build I'm not exactly "smart" when it comes to system specs and etc but I have about a 1600$-1800$ budget. I want something that can play/stream high end games at good performance. Anyone mind giving me some builds for me? Thanks.

What all do you need? Just the tower? Operating system, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
What all do you need? Just the tower? Operating system, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
OS and tower, I have a spare monitor, keyboard and mouse so I really just need the OS and tower included with the build.

I just bought a new hard drive and noticed when I went to install it that I didn't have enough modular cables for my power supply. They only sent me two cables, but it was supposed to be four.
No problem at all though, because Antec is shipping me a whole set of modular cables for free only a few hours after submitting a support ticket, no questions asked, and I didn't even put in my serial number. Antec has very good customer service on top of a fantastic product. I'll probably be buying only antec psus from now on, provided the quality doesn't start declining in future models.

If he's willing to push the budget, I'd get the 980ti. Either way it's a good build.
If I create boot media from Windows 10, and then reinstall it on my new PC (I don't think I have an OEM copy), I will get the option to upgrade from 32 to 64 bit?
Can anyone reccomend a build thats under £1000, which is based around a GTX 970.
The build should also include an Operating System (Windows 7 64bit prefered) and a 1080p 2/1ms monitor.
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/gfcQQ7
That's a crap PSU and an even worse HDD. Plus zero need for a Z series motherboard with a locked processor.

Fuck I accidentally put in a 5400rpm one
What's wrong with the PSU? I thought EVGA were a good manufacturer.

The EVGA G2/T2/P2 ones are great, as are the GS. The rest of them are from their older series, which are not good at all.

Just wondering if there's anything I should change or if I should finalize it and start buying it.
I mean the mobo is absurdly overpriced. Why don't you get a reasonably priced high end board like the Gigabyte Gaming 7?
[editline]5th August 2015[/editline]
Also why a soundcard like that? With a budget that high just get a decent dac.
Thank you! I completely forgot about the motherboard after switching the CPU to unclockable. If anyone else doesn't see anything wrong with this setup I'll go ahead and start ordering the parts then.
You don't need a sound card unless you're doing serious studio work or have a surround setup
Most boards have built in sound which is perfectly fine. You really have no reason to get anything above 44.1 and 24 bit.

K.
How bout now?
Looking good. Only a couple things I'd still change. Those fans are meant for radiators, not case fans. Also they're very loud. Let me know what kind of fan you need and I can find one. For the case, not what I'd pick, but still a great case. Most of that is preference.

Skylake sounds like a massive waste of money

Not really if you're buying new.

Looks all good. You're not going with the more powerful GPU? It's only $15 more.
@Zender
I switched out the R9 270 for a GTX 960 here:

Just a sidenote, you could get an R9 270X for $130~ which would perform better than the 270 you have on your list, but I believe that overall the GTX 960 will out perform the R9 270x
I'm assuming you already have a case / storage for your build

I doubt you'll notice any difference in anything from 32gb ddr3 over 32 gb ddr4. What could you possibly be doing to warrant getting ddr4 ram.
[editline]6th August 2015[/editline]
Also shit when did ddr4 prices drop damn
Anyone have any opinions on the Antec Lanboy case? I'm thinking of getting one for my second pc that I use for party games at other people's houses and such. I bought a cheap used case with the intentions of installing a handle but it's prettier then my main pc so I'm just going to use it for that instead.
I can get the lanboy for $50 used

Because buying DDR3 is kind of pointless when it's getting phased out.
It's a bit of a tough choice between X99 or Z170, but I think the more powerful single cores should help on everyday use more
