You work in front of computer for job.
You need to work overtime at computer to make rent.
You drink coffee to stay awake during overtime.

The only person I know who regularly takes cocaine does so because Adderall isn't enough for his ADHD.
Shit coffee or shit taste.

It's not bad if you don't mind fruit flies. At least that's the case at my local 7-11.

wouldn't cocaine just make that even worse? I can't speak from experience, but from what I've heard, the two drugs are pretty different. Adderall / amphetamine makes you more focused and allows you to concentrate better etc while cocaine turns you into overdrive and eliminates your attention span
I can't drink coffee without liqueur being involved, and both my job and hobbies involves cars and/or dangerous machinery, and I also can't stand the taste of energy drinks so I go full britbong wannabe and drink loads of tea instead.
Damn looks like this hostel actually has their shit properly locked down. That's unusual at least for the US. So much for making some extra cash. Their captive portal doesn't work right and I know exactly what the issue is so hopefully I can approach them from that angle tomorrow.
I think he's trying to pentest his hostel network so he can bring it up to the management and make a bit of cash locking it down.
At least that's what I'd be trying to do if I knew more about networking.
Is it possible to move Win10 from HDD to a shiny new SSD without losing settings or anything?

Check with your shiny new SSD's documentation, they usually refer to a cloning tool you can use to do so.

Samsung apparently has a sorcerer to do this for me. Me likey.
One of the fans on my 980 Ti died last night. Still got two on it, but I need to buy a replacement. Wish Gigabyte gave simple info for me to buy one. It's an easy swap.

You sir, need better luck right now.
Yea, it gets worse. My dad texted me when I got home that he made an appointment on monday morning to have my dog put down. It's the right thing to do, but still.
So I'm totally not going to be thinking about that nonstop over the weekend before going back into work. Definitely not.
The last few months have been like one thing after another it seems.

Yep, at work putting together a computer, bored right out of my skull.

Trying not to be 3 weeks behind on this networking class. Packet Tracer is just so thrilling and enjoyable to work with. I love how they simulated the authentic console experience of having random shit printing in the middle of the command you are typing.

Packet Tracerâ„¢: as real as it gets!

I wish it look a little longer to boot though. Waiting for the system to run the bootloader, run its POST, then actually start booting the OS. Then it would be more like the real thing.
It should also simulate the actual 9600 baud rate by making it take a couple seconds to print a command that uses several lines. So you are actually encouraged to use Telnet/SSH. :v:

This is why I really want to buy that 6 or 8 2.5" Bay 5.25 converter from ICYdock and fill it with 1TB or 2TB drives and run a RAID10. Ultimate per + Size per dollar for recording and editing video. And rebuilds would take like an hour.
anyone else just bored out of their skull right now?
I sort of am, put a new build spec together and now I'm just waiting to see if I can even realise my plan. The build is £1200 and I'm very much prepared to take it to bits if it isn't affordable. It does give me a lot of time to research but to be honest I've reached a point where I'm sick of looking up hardware reviews and just want to get cracking with actually building something.
Speaking of hardware reviews, I love it when a product that you want has two stars, but then when you read into it, all the low reviews came from people who don't know how to use it.
My own motherboard has a bad rep just because people bought the wrong size case and someone else bought the wrong socket CPU.
Still, other reviews claimed the board wouldn't turn on, like 3 boards before that one too and that they're all defective. I just get the feeling they weren't plugging anything in honestly
Bleh. The hard-drive I stick all my Steam games on is acting up.
Guess I'll swap it out for another and stick it in the external for now to get shit off it.

Pretty much. If I can offer to fix their shit for a few bucks or a free night that'd be nice.
