Nah, a stranger is stranger.
Pretty sure it's Kiwi. [editline]20th July 2016[/editline] Here is a graph I found. As you can see it uses advanced mathematical proofs. [t]https://helifreak.duckdns.org/image/yes.png[/t]
You meant not kiwi = n and kiwi = n+1 right?
I'm not sure who the strangest is though
you probably
You meant not kiwi = n and kiwi = n+1 right?
That would limit the range of values, it would be better to specify n as greater than 0. When Kiwi is forced to only be 1 above everyone else it become a pain to scale n down all the time.
Also since not kiwi is undefined, how can we be sure that the specific n is actually just one below kiwi?
you're all strange
Everyone is weird to someone

My university WiFi is like that. Of course since it's in Queensland it doesn't fucking work and you have to use the guest one instead.
wow.. my dad changed carriers, was supposed to change sim card yesterday but the phone just said "no network" i tried fiddling with the cellular settings but concluded it was locked to his old carrier and he had to get a new phone (he was planning to anyway) so we went and bought an lg g3, i opened up his old phone - and he never took the sim out, instead he took the sd card out and put the nano sim in there instead, so of course the new one wouldn't work oh well, an upgrade from an s3 mini shitphone to an lg g3 is always good :v:
Got a new screen for free, woo [t]http://u.cubeupload.com/tratzzz/13711562166702316028.jpg[/t]
So one of those Let's Play YouTubers wants to get me to edit their stuff. The problem is, they are far away so the only practical way to send me footage is through the Internet. That can be a pain in the ass if their upload speed is crap, they are uploading massive files from Fraps and it takes forever for me to download it at home. So I am now looking into solutions where they render low res proxys, upload them, then I edit with them in Premiere Pro, then I send them the project file, it will automagically sync the proxies with the original high res footage, then the YouTuber can render it on their end, and export it. They do not know how to video edit which is why they are poking me about it.

Have them stream to your server, and have the server save the video stream locally. You'll have the video as soon as they're finished recording, and you could encode it on-the-fly if you wanted rather than storing an uncompressed video. Furthermore, you can then simply send them back the finished video, or upload it directly to youtube for them; they never have to open Premiere and mess with it at all, nor do they have to create low res copies of the videos. The only downside I can think of is you'll need a server that's always-online (if you don't already), or at least always online when they record. And possibly switching them away from FRAPS, but FRAPS sucks anyways :v:
Kiwi's TeamViewer reminds me of a story. Before this whole thing broke loose, and before I even left to America, I set up TeamViewer on my mom's computer so I could help her with stuff even while away. Anyway, I was talking to my mom on the phone, and she asked if I just connected to her computer. Was pretty spooky, and I had to walk my mom through nuking the thing while I went around and changed my passwords. Spooky stuff.
What is the range of strange that exists between kiwi and the rest of the data? Are there any outliers?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/T5OWWXP.jpg[/t] NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO [editline]20th July 2016[/editline] This fucking screams MITM.
Could just be WPA2-Enterprise (though you're supposed to deploy and trust the certificate before connecting to the network). Strange that it's for Apple users only.
We'll know next month.
Next month?
amazing how candy crush is preinstalled in the clean retail iso of windows 10 now, just screams quality :ok:
You finally got off 5:4 as your primary monitor.
yupppyyy It is 16:10 1680x1050. Fits well with the other screens (DPI is pretty close), is the perfect aspect ratio (but not 1920x1200 what would be nice) and I got it for free. Went to my grandmom's birthday, cousin said that it has sat in that corner for 6 years and she'd bring their old computer and whatnot to an e-waste station otherwise. I had to grab that for various reasons, the monitor for obvious ones and their old computer for either use in garage or i am going to take the PSU and see what I can do with it. also, i still don't really know what to use the third screen for, it feels a bit unused but still important .
I wish those monoprice 2560x1600 28" IPS overclockable monitors were more affordable when they dropped. I would love a main high refresh rate 16:10 screen.

Strange that it's for Apple users only.
That's how my uni wifi works, but it is for all devices. Granted they're smart enough to set up WPA2 Enterprise but can't set up a wireless network that actually transfers data worth a damn. The university IT did a survey and 87% of students surveyed complained about the wireless speeds. That's pretty bad.
Next month?
HotChips. And I'm gonna be there this year.
My CoolerMaster Hyper 212x cooler arrived. I installed it and am now running an i5 3570k at 4.1ghz with no voltage change, the max it reached was 50°C in this new clock. I guess I won't need a new CPU after all :)
What happened to the youtube home thing? I found it quite useful when taking a shit, just finding interesting stuff. Now it only contains videos I've watched, sports replays, live gaming channels and mainstream music videos. What the fuck.
So I've got a Windows 10 UEFI boot, and a Windows 7 BIOS boot. How do I cycle between the two? Install rEFInd?
So I've got a Windows 10 UEFI boot, and a Windows 7 BIOS boot. How do I cycle between the two? Install rEFInd?
Can you not just fit F11 or something at boot to get into your motherboards boot menu? That's always been reliable for me with UEFI anyway,

It's just that I don't have a server and if anything, it would be my laptop on when they are recording. Probably easier for them to record it locally, and then upload it to me. They probably want to see it before uploading it to their channel so I'd have to upload it anyways and they would download it anyways. Might as well give it to them so I don't have to worry about uploading it and setting up the video settings for YouTube.

Receiving raw Fraps files over the internet must be awful.
I was going to borrow my notebook to a friend...... Then i just find out Microsoft removed the Guest account from Windows 10. :speechless:
