PS1 cluster with a load balancer. The PS1 had a standard serial port, which I'm just going to assume runs at 9600 baud, reasons should be obvious. 9600 Baud is something like 1.1 - 1.2 KB/s. So, 100 PS1's or so, all hooked up to a load balancer per location.
