I finally got an RMA for my SSD, they approved it pretty quick. But, they don't seem to offer an advanced RMA. I can't be without my system for more than a day or so. I'm tempted to buy a new SSD, do an image copy, then send the bad one in.

Is there a corsair live chat? they don't respond on twitter. I wanna ask them.

You seem to have terrible luck with everything, motherboard, fans, SSD-s, I didn't quite understand if one of your 3TB drives was broken or if it was just a motherboard fail with recognizing it.

A) that mobo was shit regardless
B) I think the drive was merely going to sleep. I changed my drive timeout functions through APM and it hasn't dropped in months

I have the same mobo as you use to have, it is indeed shit.

I've been through three and all of them had coil whine. I just gave up and decided to deal with it until Haswell.

Also my PC gets loud when I start rendering videos. I wonder why... Might be because Intel Stock cooler can't cool very well. I love that I can actually render in ~2-3 minutes for a simple video instead of the 10-15 minutes it took before.
