Give your PC a static IP and forward port 80 to your PC. Check your IP on IPchicken.com and give that to other people, set up DynDNS too if you like.
i did http://maxofsteam.no-ip.biz
Sorry :v: [editline]4th March 2013[/editline] I just wanted to test if there is a limit, on how much text there can be in a post :v: By posting Stallman pasta of course
All fixed, go nuts. You can also make new threads now
I go to sleep and wake up to a new Sipwicket that's already 25% dead.
At the current rate we'll be at v100 or so by the end of the year.
At the current rate we'll be at v100 or so by the end of the year.
Give it another ~10 and the new forum will be active at this rate. [editline]4th March 2013[/editline] Also there needs to be some sort of wrapping to prevent really long words breaking the layout.
15:55 - ★【悪魔; 私は日本人ではない!】★: and I see... so ARM is like NT?
how do you even this is after explaining to him that Windows RT ran on ARM and that windows 8 x86 uses the NT kernel, and also linking him directly to the ARM microprocessor wikipedia page
how do you even this is after explaining to him that Windows RT ran on ARM and that windows 8 x86 uses the NT kernel
I explained this to my father in less than 5 minutes and he understood it. That 5 minutes also included other windows OS-s.
Yes there needs to be some kind of tree to show where you are and what forum you're in.
Like this?
Like this?
Precisely what I meant, I don't know how anyone else would interpret it any differently.
how do you even this is after explaining to him that Windows RT ran on ARM and that windows 8 x86 uses the NT kernel, and also linking him directly to the ARM microprocessor wikipedia page
"Your PC uses an x86 processor, your phone and tablet use ARM. x86 and ARM have different advantages: ARM uses less power, so ARM devices generally have better battery life and get less hot. x86 is much more powerful than ARM, but also uses more power. Microsoft made a new version of Windows 8 for ARM processors, called Windows RT. x86 programs don't run on ARM, and vice versa, so Windows RT can't run programs that you usually run on your desktop." i dunno, this generally works on people
yay now it works because i disabled the firewall
ono the sipwicket forum died
I tried to fix something and now the code magically stopped working, even after ctrl+z

help i can't into tables did somebody spam the forum to the point where it died?
help i can't into tables did somebody spam the forum to the point where it died?
I am more guessing way of things.
"somebody"
You know, the fact that that worked makes him a real sip
help i can't into tables did somebody spam the forum to the point where it died?
The actual forum pages still work, the main page doesn't because i'm not doing any proper error checking and inserted wrong data
help i can't into tables did somebody spam the forum to the point where it died?
I can access http://goz3rr.sipwicket.com:8080/thread?id=1 ,otherwise just get an error. [editline]4th March 2013[/editline] beat me to it
You know, the fact that that worked makes him a real sip
Noone did anything to the database [editline]4th March 2013[/editline] There fixed it, i was referencing postID's instead of threadID's
i still have no idea what went wrong :V:
i still have no idea what went wrong :V:
Each forums stores the threadID of the latest updated thread. I accidentally made it input postID's there, so as a result it was trying to find forum 23 or something while only 10 exist
oh, okay then thank you :v:
Just discovered my digital camera has a stuck pixel. Every picture taken by it has a nice green spot. Easy enough to edit out, but the fact it's there and that if I noticed it early enough I could've returned the camera, is pretty damn annoying.
