Is there an easy way to install a theme on 64 bit 7? Hell, a hard way works as well. Can anyone tell me how to?

Screwing around with a caption generator I cooked up after I learned cl-vecto supported masks with full alpha. This was pretty much the only half-decent image it produced - the rest were pretty much cropped through the middle - , so I said "what the fuck". [img]http://imgur.com/DZwsO.jpg[/img]
