Why yes, that is exactly it!
However it doesn't quite flip with an actual animation it just shows half of the next one for a second then shows the full one, I still like the idea though.

That is just an example of some of the videos I use. The first one on that clip is the one I use the most. I used clips from the Discovery show Time Warp to make a 2min 30sec loop of slow motion water drops.

Bushmaster ACR is such an improvement.
Eh, not really. The only main differences in the two is the gas piston for the charging handle is changed to a different spot that uses slightly smaller springs, and the bolt release is in a slightly more ergonomic spot.
