Usually rainmeter skins. You can look them up on deviantart I think.

Webcam thing is some bloatware that came with the laptop and comes back up after everytime you delete the icon. Anyone know a way to get the chrome icon to resize?

It wasn't from a theme. I think I went to Control Panel>Display>Set custom text size (DPI). If that's not it, then I'm not sure lol.

Ok, this has been really confusing me. You seem to have a decent knowledge working with linux but I just can't understand why you use, in my opinion, some of the ugliest interface themes possible. I love just simplicity and plain-ness as it allows for optimum efficiency and for me, pride in having a clean cut system. I just can't understand why you want everything so "flashy."

There are some "live folder" themes you can download.

How to make what switch? If you're referring to the desktop, lookup powertoys from Microsoft.
EDIT: Wrong name, I fixed it.
Woops, I meant to write wallpaper.
Well, like I said. On XP: Look up powertoys on Microsoft's website, and one of the options to download should be a wallpaper changer for you for free.
