Can someone tell me how they get the cool looking clocks, calenders, and application fixtures?
[img_thumb]http://img295.imageshack.us/img295/7052/screent.jpg[/img_thumb]
How did you get your system tray icons to be big? Is it from a theme?
Can someone tell me how they get the cool looking clocks, calenders, and application fixtures?
Usually rainmeter skins. You can look them up on deviantart I think.
Yeah, the desktop I posted earlier is Rainmeter with a slightly modified HUD.Vision (thanks to Thunderbolt for showing me). Creating a really simplistic theme:
I felt the need to make something with this wall.
How did you get your system tray icons to be big? Is it from a theme? Usually rainmeter skins. You can look them up on deviantart I think.
It wasn't from a theme. I think I went to Control Panel>Display>Set custom text size (DPI). If that's not it, then I'm not sure lol.

Ok, this has been really confusing me. You seem to have a decent knowledge working with linux but I just can't understand why you use, in my opinion, some of the ugliest interface themes possible. I love just simplicity and plain-ness as it allows for optimum efficiency and for me, pride in having a clean cut system. I just can't understand why you want everything so "flashy." I just like color. I hate looking at a boring desktop. I just made this wallpaper tonight:

Must be hard living with a head as big as that
How would I change all my folder icons on windows 7 and still have them functional? Like, still have them display thumbnails of the stuff inside them but have them a different colour or shape or something.

Like, still have them display thumbnails of the stuff inside them but have them a different colour or shape or something.
There are some "live folder" themes you can download. http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&q=live+folder for example

I left my right monitor free so you can see my wallpaper. That's usually where my iTunes go. [img_thumb]http://img710.imageshack.us/img710/8776/26726175.png[/img_thumb]

If you're referring to the desktop, lookup powertoys from Microsoft. EDIT: Wrong name, I fixed it.
Woops, I meant to write wallpaper.
Well, like I said. On XP: Look up powertoys on Microsoft's website, and one of the options to download should be a wallpaper changer for you for free.
