I just like color. I hate looking at a boring desktop. I just made this wallpaper tonight:

Not to rain on your parade, but when I first looked at it, it looked like it read 'Pixel Pheart'.
I'ma be dumb here because I know it's been discussed a thousand times but after searching I couldn't find the one that actually looks like the Windows 7 superbar.
How the FFFFFFFFFFFF- do you get the superbar on your second monitor (Please don't suggest Ultramon or Displayfusion)?
Someone enlighten me ...(again), how to change taskbar icons and desktop ones and stuff. I tried using TuneUp and Icon Packager and now it's fucky ...

I changed it. I thought this one looked cooler. Does it?

I like when stuff like rainmeter kinda matches to the background.
Anyone wanna play FS with me? :D
... and the taskbar ones ? I know how to change desktop icons
D Space sounds like some low budget anime. Dead space, however, sounds awesome.
Anyway, you should really change the 4 icons into something that matches the background.

Haha ,it says Dead Space, the Pic is just too big for my resolution.

Can't get the recycle bin away though, how does that work?

Ultramon looks like the Superbar.
OMG ROFL anime FAG lololol.
no.
You could get those gray simple icons, they'd match the *cough* background.
EDIT: anime furry fag, sorry.
Yes

Haters gonna hate.
You're goddamn right I'm going to hate on it. I mean seriously it's fucking disgusting. Who in their right mind would ever want to see it? Let alone create it. It's the worst volume icon I've ever seen.

Am I the only one who actually uses the taskbar on the left? I think using the taskbar on the bottom is extremely outdated and less functional with today's wide screens.
How you mean less functional?
Media monkey brothers.

No, you're not the only one. If you look back on the posts of my laptop, I do the same thing. I don't do it on my Desktop, because I think it looks a tad uneven to have a used up superbar like on mine, but yours is nice with only a few things on it.

Better working space and for me much cleaner and easier to navigate. The horizontal taskbar was made for small screens and that's not a problem anymore with today's wide screens. I really don't see why Microsoft still sets the default task bar as horizontal other than the angry customers it would stir up.
There's no reason to have a bar running across your whole wide screen. Windows 7 has perfected the vertical bar. Takes some getting use to, but it's highly worth it.
I don't use the vert taskbar simply because I'm not used to it. I always bounce the bottom of the screen thinking it's there.

I was doing that too, but after a day I got use to the start menu being at the top left.
I have mine set nice and thin, with a flat start "orb" (nothing like an orb, but there you go). Fits nicely at the bottom :3:

Hide the taskbar?

The only thing I don't like about the start menu is that it opens and overlaps the taskbar. Given when the start menu is open you can't interact with the taskbar at all, it still looks bad.

Got Rainmeter up and running again, still have to remake some of my own skins for it, so I'm using most of Enigma instead for the time being.
