Found a typo that caused me to get the question incorrect, the question was "Which of these is not an operating system"
One of the answers was HNU HURD, It's GNU and it's not an Operating system it's a kernel. I want my question back.

1. The answer is PHP (WTF?? P Stand for PHP?)
2. Since when does php mean personal home page?, it means Hypertext PreProcessor, it's HPP but PHP sounds better and thats why that is used.
The early name was Personal Home Page, then they changed it to "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor". Get your facts right.

Don't bother asking me for it, it's 64-bit.
Well it makes perfect sense. It was last modified when the original one was installed, and the creation date refers to your copy of the file. I've got a file last modified in 1998 and it was created in 2010, meaning the original was created in 1998 and my copy was created in 2010.
I know this is 10 pages late but I felt gman's reply was inadequate.

This computer illiterate article was actually an accurate prediction.
...We need to talk to more computer illiterate people and get their predictions.
Hey, has anyone noticed the 100+ guests in each section? I noticed it a few days back, I think it's LinuX's failed attempt at DoS'ing FP.

Guests can view now? Every time i'm not logged in i get the "U no member GTFO" sign
Guests can view now? Every time i'm not logged in i get the "U no member GTFO" sign
I think it's dependent on server load. At peak hours guests are told to fuck off, at other times it doesn't really make a difference.

I think it is only in Fast Threads or under Bullshit or smth.

We had comcast for ages, they are idiots to deal with, they don't care about their customers and they don't know how to run their shit.
My AT&T connection doesn't have a cap... Although they initiated a cap back in May? That cap was 250GB for uverse internet.
Interesting enough, comcast initiated the same cap 3 years previously from what I have read.
Oh and if you look up comcast troubleshooting and what not, everyone complains because comcast is full of dicks that just terminate internet to users who use "too much."
Anyways, I don't care. Your internet doesn't bother me.

Comcast cap October 1, 2008.

Comcast capped you guys a lot earlier than anyone else.

Oh I know about the 250GB data cap, the post I made right before it pertained to that. The only AT&T in our area has a 120GB data cap, so it isn't an option. And the fact that a company would do that makes it considerably more evil than comcast.
[editline]23rd July 2011[/editline]
Although it's like comparing horse shit to donkey shit.

It really isn't. Like I said I have been a customer of Comcast for 2 decades... Once Uverse comes into your neighborhood you realize how much comcast screws you.
Does anyone know of a very simple IRC server for windows?
command line based if possible.
In my world, data caps only exist on phones
7.5gb download cap 8am-3pm, 3.5gb cap 4pm-9pm on Virgin Broadband L
fucking sucks, I just missed my 3-4pm spot where I could download GRiD without getting my speeds throttled by 75% for four hours

Putty plus a real OS somewhere else.
Free bouncer!

Oh I know Comcast is screwing us, but I want to be able to use the internet how I want to. I can't do that on AT&T because of the data cap. Your area must be lucky, but ours certainly isn't

I've gotten a one called TES working.
It's handling chat across two minecraft servers very well.

In my world I have AT&T U-verse and they don't cap us, I also have my cell phone with AT&T and I have an unlimited data plan.
My world loves me...
Your world... well, you might want to find a different one.
