Like listen to this, most people won't even be able to hear or feel the bass in this song: http://www.soundclick.com/player/single_player.cfm?songid=5703062&q=hi&newref=1 That's what I'm talking about. But if you have a nice system, you'll definitely feel this shit.
Made my headset vibrate a bit at some parts but nothing really majors. Then again, fuck insane bass.
watch out hes gonna hack you he has your ip!!!
Have fun, I'm behind a NAT and my ISP refuses to forward ports and my router blocks pings.
Am I the only one who finds that utterly hilarious?
That derp. Everyone knows your IP is 5.81.51.122. :downs:
Considering replacing my Mint partition with Arch OS. Good idea?
Speaking of IP addresses, I remember a few years ago some kid wanted to hack me. He kept running his mouth in some game and was saying he was going to take my computer down and crash my internet and everything and kept saying he would find my ip address. I finally had enough of it and gave him an IP address so he could hack me. It was the IP address of the FBI website. I wonder how that all turned out for him...
One time while playing CSS many years ago this guy was saying he would hack me cause I cheated. At this time I wasn't very literate but knew enough to know he was talking shit so I basically told him to carry on. Some time later he replied with some name and address and asked if it was me, it wasn't. Aparently his idea of hacking was googling my nickname. Eventually I got fed up and gave him my IP and told him to give it his best shot, nothing happened and he left the server half an hour later. I hate people like that.

[editline]24th July 2011[/editline] As long as the server is on the hamachi network.
My IP is 58.107.209.256, come at me LinuX!
I must be the only one who hates bland, completely black computers/laptops. I don't like shiny shit either but common, just a completely flat, black matte design? I like a little contrast in my stuff, just some matte silver lining somewhere on it would make me happy.
[t]http://www.laptopspec.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Dell-Studio-XPS-16.jpg[/t] [editline]24th July 2011[/editline] 127.84.180.41

That looks like shiny suck-your-fingerprints-off-from-across-the-room black. I really like my Asus Eee PC ("Seashell Series") though, it's blue and matte-ish. It can pull grease off of your fingers but it's super easy to clean.
This thread is now about heavy compiler optimization. Say hello to last Assembly Summer 2010's 64k demo content winner. Too big for you? How about 4k?
I just want a good laptop with a good battery that looks like this:
This is my current laptop I just love this design, form factor, and features. Comes with an i7 2630M and Geforce 520M and the battery can last a solid 4 hours from watching youtube videos in a single full charge.

How the fuck is it even possible for those programs to work
How the fuck is it even possible for those programs to work
All the content is procedurally generated. It's just really complicated math, really.
It's probably all using build in compression, it's probably like 12MB uncompressed :v:
The filesize limit is 64kb, but it can use as much RAM as is available on the rigs that the demos run on (4GB)
It helps that the smaller ones are written in assembly. It's the de-facto way of making ultra optimized programs. [editline]24th July 2011[/editline] Gentlemen, it appears that the old ones have consumed our avatars. [thumb]http://gyazo.com/8b28dc9c62efad4003d096546f4158fe.png[/thumb]

Well this is embarrassing. I tried to install ArchOS and broke everything. My C: drive is now my D: drive and I can only boot from live USBs. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. (Naturally I backed all my files up so no big deal.)
