Oooh, got any DIMM RAM there?
those are all DIMMs
those are all DIMMs
Cockup on my part, wasn't paying attention while typing, fixed now though.
He should make a sculpture out of them.

I collected these from the school I do IT for. They all work, too! Do I win?

I have a tub of RAM somewhere. I think it's in our storage closet though.
I used my last stick of RAM building my server. :smith:
I have 2 2GB DDR2 800 sticks. One of them is broken and I'm not sure which one.
FlakTheMighty: I HAD a custom build but my grandma's dog pissed on it while it was running FlakTheMighty: So it fried everything [Redacted]: nice FlakTheMighty: And I need to save up $800 for parts FlakTheMighty: I'm using my laptop right now FlakTheMighty: ASUS G73 FlakTheMighty: Crysis on High mother fucker [Redacted]: Crysis 2 on high here motherfocker [Redacted]: also laptop [Redacted]: Alienware M18X :D FlakTheMighty: Ew FlakTheMighty: Ewwwww ALienware FlakTheMighty: EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW [Redacted]: wat
I just started talking to a friend again. And ew.
I could show off my single stick of 2GB DDR2, But then my PC would die
Anyone know how to slow down videos? I know literally nothing about video editing programs. All I have is iMovie. Or do you need a high FPS camera to actually get slow motion? Because I've heard of programs like Twixtor but that costs a pretty penny. Oh and I think my camera goes at 60 FPS not sure though.

My laptop's screen is so fucking weird. If I play a game in anything other than 1366x768, there's black bars on the side. Since it's slow and worthless as fuck, I can only play source games, which have no problems at all, and older games which only support lower resolutions. Anyways! How to fix this? [editline]30th July 2011[/editline] Also, if someone could help me change Hitman: Codename 47's resolution to the aforementioned one, that'd be great. Include Setup\Locale.zip //DrawDll Render3DFX.dll DrawDll RenderD3D.dll //DrawDll RenderOpenGL.dll SoundDll Sound.dll ScriptDll GSC.dll LocaleDLL Locale.dll Resolution 800x600 enableconsole Simply changing the number doesn't work for some reason.
If you're using Vegas, just edit the project framerate, knock it down to half and export.
Don't have Vegas. Vegas isn't free or cheap either right? :v: Oh and I just checked, I have iMovie 11. I mean you can slow down clips and speed 'em up, but it's pretty crappy. Also iMovie itself is pretty crappy from what I've heard.
Don't have Vegas. Vegas isn't free or cheap either right? :v:
You think people have actually bought Sony Vegas? Maybe there's one person in human history who's done that a long time ago, but not anymore.
The processor at the top, I'm guessing those two chips are the cache RAM for it?
Yep, it's an old 300MHZ PPC 750 pulled out of a one of these
The processor at the top, I'm guessing those two chips are the cache RAM for it?
Yeah, that's L2 cache. Pretty common on early PowerPC or Pentium II-era processors. It's generally a progression from the Cache-On-A-Stick system - originally L2 cache was removable like RAM, then it became hardwired onto the CPU board (especially in slot cartridges), then eventually they moved it onto the CPU die. Although every time they add a new level of cache, it tends to repeat at least some of that process. Quite a few SPARC processors have L3 cache off the CPU die (as part of an MCM instead), for instance.
You think people have actually bought Sony Vegas? Maybe there's one person in human history who's done that a long time ago, but not anymore.
Warez?
I don't condone piracy, but I also don't condone selling a program for 500 dollars.
You think people have actually bought Sony Vegas? Maybe there's one person in human history who's done that a long time ago, but not anymore.
People usually wouldn't buy something like that. A company, on the other hand, could and would probably buy licenses in bulk should they need it. Or schools.

They stopped making them external because you would buy computers which said they had it in, but the cards were blanks when you opened them up. y'arr these be dangerous waters
I don't condone piracy, but I also don't condone selling a program for 500 dollars.
I had a 50% discount on it. Worst $250 I ever spent. It renders shit so dark it's hard to see shit.
So other than "obtaining" Vegas is there a better alternative?
