goddammit chrome decided to go "lol you like ads? well i sure do" and make adblock keep crashing
my Adblock is working just fine.
I really like Hammerfight, which is so far one of the best games in Hymble Indie Bundle 3, but my god the Mac version is horribly buggy to the point of being half broken in parts.
I really like Hammerfight, which is so far the best game in Hymble Indie Bundle 3, but my god the Mac version is horribly buggy to the point of being half broken in parts.
dude, Cogs.
I really like Hammerfight, which is so far the best game in Hymble Indie Bundle 3, but my god the Mac version is horribly buggy to the point of being half broken in parts.
The entire game's buggy, mac or not.
The entire game's buggy, mac or not.
It's also hard as fuck. [editline]5th August 2011[/editline]
Oh god so much content, it's too much.
I raged at "Halo Engine", They showed Halo reach. Reach is based off an entirely new engine, it's more Halo engine 4, then I raged when they got to "It needs a name" IT HAS A NAME. "AAA ENGINE". Grrrr.
The entire game's buggy, mac or not.
Thats a shame, then. I really enjoy the game, but the bugs are terrible, and I was hoping that the Windows version would be a bit better. [editline]4th August 2011[/editline]
It's also hard as fuck.
It's actually not that hard after you play it for a while. Also, the game is horribly difficult if you set your DPI settings wrong. I had to manually set it for my mouse because the game automatically set it to twice what it was supposed to be.

I have literal eye pain from this laptop. :gonk:
-Mangled Laptop-
My sister's high-school calculator looked EXACTLY like that, both of them, the $80 junior one and the $250 senior one It was horrifying

There's a small restruant that I know is called something like Lee's Tasty Express Chinese Food, and their website is leestastyexpresschinesefood.com (which is now down i believe). It's a mystery to me on why they picked such a stupid and long url when they could've used something like lees-express.com

I dont like having to memorize a 25 character URL for something easy.

Okay, about to put my sister's laptop in the oven. Let's hope this works... erm...Why is it going in the oven exactly?
Because I found that doing the towel trick worked on it, this should too. Also http://www.facepunch.com/threads/987673-Why-putting-my-damaged-graphics-card-in-the-oven-was-the-best-advise-I-ve-ever-listened-to
I think it's because it can be used to fix some issues with the solder, but I'm largely an illiterate.

It's a last resort, really
Baking the entire board in an oven is the worst idea to reflow the solder, next to that towel shit. Either options doesn't actually melt the solder properly, or at all. It only warps it for most of the time. Also, notice how he made absolutely NO attempt in preparing thermal insulation for sensitive components/parts? Wonder how that's going to end up. [editline]5th August 2011[/editline] There are much better and reliable methods, IE heatgun.
Enjoy potentially damaging your motherboard and other components even further
If they're dead, then what more damage can it do? I don't have any heatgun :saddowns:
It costs like $25, it's worth it even if you'll only use it once or twice. Also, here's a tip/warning/however you want to classify it. If the plastic parts on that motherboard didn't melt by the end of your baking process, then BGA solder balls also did not melt properly, or at all. Leadless solder melts at a much higher temperature comparing to the common plastic used to manufacture electronic parts.
Uh huh...
I'm not sure I would be comfortable doing something that would release highly toxic fumes inside something that also cooks my food
I'm not sure I would be comfortable doing something that would release highly toxic fumes inside something that also cooks my food
If it's releasing toxic fumes then there are chemical breakdowns/reactions occurring, in which case you should be more concerned about the molten mobo on the bottom of your oven.
Bitches don't know about my oven fixin! Ta-da!
