Bought a NES off of eBay, hooked it up, popped in Rad Racer, it's ALIVE. Happy NES Face. My controller should come by Monday.
Oh wow. Oh WOW. Network Security Club, doing stuff. Finally get around to checking out this donated desktop. We know it's ancient, since it's got a Pentium II sticker and a 40x CD drive. Boot it up, turns out it's like the ultimate granny computer. Windows 98 VGA graphics (16 color, 640x480) Like a million desktop icons Stupid-looking pointer theme (bee, dragon, etc.) AOL and CompuServe Office 2000 A metric fucktown of "educational games" Documents saved in start menu Couple other misc. games (NASCAR 2000) We were originally planning to reformat (it still has a ton of personal documents on it) and install XP, but I'm honestly not sure that would work. It may end up being some sort of Linux client. Or maybe Windows 95 - we found some install discs for that in a closet.
My 98SE disk pre-installed both AOL and Compuserve. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] I have an MSI GD55, it's pretty great as a motherboard. I've had no trouble with it. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] Hey guys, my family bought a moped for travelling around locally and the instruction manual is written in the worst english I have ever seen. Would any of you want to see scans of the manual?
What about Asus? They make incredible mobos.
They're a bit meh, the two I posted a great (not just good.)
Aw, fuck. The only way to get some games on the 3DS store is by using a credit/debit card. Of which I have neither.
Oh yeah and these
My god is.. that an ERECTOR SET?!!?
Cool. I play the trombone. EDIT: Facepunch is just fine for me, no slowdowns or anything like that.
You've just earned around ~50 cool points from me.
Keep it and use it for a lecture for the club on how not to use a computer. Then burn it to cleanse the evil.
Exorcise the hard drive though Or else the fire could anger the spirit within.
They're a bit meh, the two I posted a great (not just good.)
ASUS is pretty damn nice from both what I've heard and experienced. What's the "meh" about them? Fuck you manning.
What should I do with my Wii that I never use? I'm taking it on vacation and, obviously, I can't take my desktop and my laptop is on its last legs.
What should I do with my Wii that I never use? I'm taking it on vacation and, obviously, I can't take my desktop and my laptop is on its last legs.
Homebrew and some good apps.
I played that in school band, not anymore though. It was a huge hassle walking to school with a trombone.
It was a problem for me too, because I had to fit it on the bus with me every morning and the school district recently reduced the number of buses it used, making the buses extremely crowded. My mom drives me to school now, so I don't have any issues with it. Also, Flak, how good is the 3D on the 3DS, and does it give you a headache if you play with the 3D on? EDIT:
You've just earned around ~50 cool points from me.
Thanks.
ASUS is pretty damn nice from both what I've heard and experienced. What's the "meh" about them? Fuck you manning.
Other boards have the same features and reliability for cheaper.
Homebrew and some good apps.
What are good apps? I have it homebrewed or jailbroken or whatever the kids call it nowadays but can never figure out what to do with it.
the only thing they stand out in is SATA performance. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] grargh

The camera quality is still pretty shitty if you don't have a super fucking bright light. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline]
What are good apps?
Some Gamecube games and the Gecko GC adaptor. Then any of the cheat apps. Maybe some emulators.

Downloading some 3D porn to see how it'll work out.
The MSI P67-A GD-53 is only £109, but performs almost exactly the same AND runs cooler since it has better VRM heatsinks.

My only concern is if the 3D causes headaches. I get awful headaches from time to time, and if it causes them I probably wouldn't buy it.

As for the porn, it felt like I was there! [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] 3D images are .MPO just thought you'd like to know. [editline]13th August 2011[/editline] I took that on the way home, and if you have a 3D monitor or TV or something, find a program to open this.
Some Gamecube games and the Gecko GC adaptor. Then any of the cheat apps. Maybe some emulators.
What is the Gecko GC adaptor? Google is failing me.

As for the porn, it felt like I was there!
I wouldn't be able to buy it anytime soon, though. I am buying parts for a new computer soon, which will deplete most of my savings. If I have enough money in a year or so, I might buy it.
The MSI P67-A GD-53 is only £109, but performs almost exactly the same AND runs cooler since it has better VRM heatsinks.
I just said something about Denmark, really, didn't argue anything else.
What is the Gecko GC adaptor? Google is failing me.
Search for Homebrew Gamecube cheats or something like that. If all else fails I could go find my SD card and give you the files.
Also, every time I see a DSi or 3D on sale I think it could be fun to mess around on it. Then I realize my phone does all I really want.
I'm looking for more 3DS porn and I found this. Is it just me or does that look like it's coming out of your screen?
Search for Homebrew Gamecube cheats or something like that. If all else fails I could go find my SD card and give you the files.
Alright, thanks. I got it. Also, you seem to know your stuff. Is there a way to turn on the Wii and use the Gamecube controller to navigate the menu? Or, better yet, just boot directly into the game? Because all I ever play are Gamecube games.
