My phone has a weird thing where if I click a post, it'll highlight for a second as if I moused over it, then let me rate. VIEWING ratings, on the other hand....
Thankfully, my ZTE Blade is so god dammned slow it takes a while for the Javascript to kick in and hide the ratings buttons, so I can usualy catch them without refreshing.
Found an N64 with controllers and cables at Cash Generators today. The price? £8. I am a happyface.
God damnit, whaaat./
Yep, no games though so I don't actually know if it works. Anyone got any games they can donate? :v:

Hmm, wait a minute... *Looks around in assorted tech box* AHA! [editline]16th August 2011[/editline] I remember buying this when I was like 11 years old, I used it with my 800MHz Pentium 3 :v:

I once found a Super MArio 64 cartridge in the dump. Gave it to my friend who owned actually owned a Nintendo 64.
Pepper;31762592']It would look kinda like this
Maybe with 280's or 480's. It's hilarious definitely, but the whole idea of burning your housedown is overplayed. And if you have heat issues, you need to consider your case or motherboard before going that route.
Got to love that fresh Windows install feeling. Finally re-intalled my busted up installation, feels good man. Ninite'd all my major applications that I could, and currently have TeraCopy trashing it's way through 81GB of Steam games to get my games (mostly) back.

I had that problem when I built this PC a few years back. I had some ATI TV capture card used in an old P4 box, though I couldn't use it.

That's all i could salvage because fuck touching that tar.
Pepper;31765378']look what lovely job i had to do today. *Shitty computer with shit on it* At least i have an addition to my CPU and RAM collection: An intel core 2 duo e6400 running at 2.13GHZ and 2 1GB sticks of RAM. Has anyone here with access to DreamSpark tried to install Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 in a VM? Both in VMWare Player and VirtualBox, setup complains it's missing a CD/DVD driver. The image file from DreamSpark is .img, I tried renaming it to .iso to make it work in VMWare, but then I get the error. Mounting it on my host doesn't help anything either.

There's probably a higher risk of burning your house down by buying a cheap PSU and then putting it under load.
My step dad just gave me my iPod Nano fifth generation back! :buddy: Now I can add my more updated selection to my ipod. MOVITS!, Watsky's mixtape, random David Bowie albums, etc.
Watching discovery channel, and i wonder why they invest millions in ordinary cpu based farms, instead of using technologies like CUDA like the university of Antwerp did: 13 GPU's ftw.
GPU computing isn't as flexible as CPU computing, and you'll have to rewrite all programs from scratch so it will actually run its workload on the GPU isntead.
Just synced my new* iPod. All the good stuff: Adele, Mumford & Sons, MOVITS!, Watsky, Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Dynospectrum, Tech N9ne, Bekay... * It's not really new. I bought it for 60 bucks off of a kid two years ago so he could buy some weed. I'm happy with my purchase.
