activesync works just fine on 7, my dell axim gives me no issues
ActiveSync, yes. Older WinMobile versions, No.
I wonder if on Origin it says he's playing "Non-EA Game Steam":v:
You have to add Origin to use steam overlay in BF3 because of how battlelog is setup.
ActiveSync, yes. Older WinMobile versions, No.
I assume you havn't used it in a while because wm2002 on my axim works flawlessly with my desktop via activesync.

Let me quote my "Read a powerpoint for 3 hours" teacher
Here are the differences between a 64 bit OS and a 32 bit OS (shows slide) People say 64-bit OSes are better at everything but I don't believe this. I had 64 bit Windows 7 on my Laptop but it was so buggy and slow so I installed 32 bit!!
Well that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact the school gave teachers brand new Sandy Bridge i5 Laptops at the beginning of the school year, they all have 4 GB of RAM and that guy just doesn't give a fuck (and probably doesn't understand why it only shows 3 GB on the system properties) That, added with the fact he seriously thinks using the 98 theme on W7 will boost his performance tenfold and how he has 200 processes running and using 65% of his memory 24/7 allows me to confirm he's a god damn retard. [editline]29th September 2011[/editline] Oh right I totally forgot this He also thinks Ubuntu = Linux (as in, no other distros, there's only fucking Ubuntu) He thinks UNIX = Beta Linux He thinks OSX = iOS and keeps on babbling about how Apple has the biggest market share on Operating systems (lol.) There's also a bunch of Mac fanboys complaining about how "Windows is shit since JCreator keeps on crashing" and how "it wouldn't crash on OSX since it's a much better OS!"

I'm writing up an essay to this man. You're slapping him in the face with it. K?

Hm. So I just installed IE 9 after realizing I still had 10. When the installer launched apparently it needed to close a few programs running. Avast! Chrome Steam Origin Catalyst Control Center Oh and rundll32.
In one class today, some strange kid who is constantly rude is talking to me about computers. He says something about "Macs are better". I ask him why. "Because they look cooler" I say that aesthetics aren't everything, how something runs is much more important, you don't look at the machine while using it, blah blah blah, I ask him if there are any more reasons: "Just... because." There you have it folks. On a side note, the CS teacher teaching VB (Only CS class I could take...) is actually pretty good. The kids in that class are somewhat sane, except for a member of the football team who is an anime fan (They exist!) claiming he is the best at technology, and offered to help our teacher with the broken speakers at the front of the room attached to the smartboard. His solution? UNPLUG EVERYTHING. He couldn't figure out how to plug everything back in, so the speakers were just left with a mess of wiring and mis-attached speakers up in the front. I had to go up there and plug everything back in (It's not that hard, just match the yellow with the yellow, the large hole with the large cable, etc.) and somehow that ended up fixing it.
Fuck it. I'm writing up an essay to this man. You're slapping him in the face with it. K?
Translate it in French, this guy can't understand shit in English :v: I don't understand who thought it'd be a good idea to stick this guy in a class that's supposed to teach you the essentials of IT, he doesn't know shit about anything. There's another teacher who actually knows something (and has a very awesome beard) and he's going to get laid off because there's no work for him.
Just another day on facebook.. someone gets their headphones stuck in their computer and attempt to remove them using.. wait for it.. magnets.
Did they happen to know how magnets work?
Just another day on facebook.. someone gets their headphones stuck in their computer and attempt to remove them using.. wait for it.. magnets.
How the hell do you even use a magnet to remove headphones? It makes..no sense in any possible way
I just spent five minutes trying to figure out how my computer became possessed until I finally figured out my copy of Blue Moon was fucked :v:
How the hell do you even use a magnet to remove headphones? It makes..no sense in any possible way
the jack broke off, he tried using a magnet
Wow, this Alice thing is really easy to use. While the teacher is teaching the rest of the class how the basics work (moving, etc), I already figured out how to make a game with a robot where you move him around and he fires balls at things.
the jack broke off, he tried using a magnet
how the fuck
-snip post broke

It's also never updated and I have no idea why it's (still) being used.
the jack broke off, he tried using a magnet
Referring to gman's post earlier in this thread, there is almost 0 chance in damaging the hdd unless you're actually hitting the harddrive with the magnet. [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] Also i've been looking at this for the past 15 minutes:
Quick match selected it.
The exact reason I never use those things, they only seem to be good at selecting servers that will get over 200 ping

wow battlelog is terrible I could possibly put up with it for starting multiplayer games, but having to start singleplayer via the website is just dumb, it's like the mother of user experience ruining DRMs
It reminds me of those shit free to play MMOs where you need their browser plugin to launch it.
So, we have a remote-work day today at school. Or technically not at school, since it's remote. I booted up a VM (because fuck connecting my computer to that network), connected to school through their Cisco VPN, open up IE8 that was installed by default on it. Head over to the school's LabManager. Open up my installation of Windows Server R2 08. Move mouse. Nothing happens. Nothing happens. Nothing happens. Nothing happens. Nothing happens. Mouse moves. Fucking 2-5 second latency. Sent an email about it to the teacher who's in charge of it and going to fucking forget about it.
BF3 is an epic game. Battlelog completely ruins it.
BF3 is an epic game. Battlelog completely ruins it.
I hope to fuck you can patch it out eventually.
