The quick match function just broke. It keeps displaying failed to ping nearest server :|
I hope to fuck you can patch it out eventually.
yeah probably, but it'll only be a singleplayer crack [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] if we're talking about battlefield 3, the 5 minutes I played of it last night was okay, seemed a lot more fluid and fast paced compared to bad company 2 which I kinda like it's a lot more like medal of honor
yeah probably, but it'll only be a singleplayer crack
Just need to make it grab a complete server list from Battlelog and let the mod deal with filtering, then figure out how to make BF3 join a server from an IP
Battlelog now broke completely, i keep getting 'your session expired' errors
Battlelog now broke completely, i keep getting 'your session expired' errors
If it's a session, shouldn't a relog fix it?
The party system literally does not fucking work yet, just tried it with a friend. Got bored after one round of Metro, how the fuck am I supposed to disarm a bomb when the timer is so short and the team is full of retards that is pushing the other side of the fucking place?
If it's a session, shouldn't a relog fix it?
It happens 5 seconds after i relogged. [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] Also, was going 11 - 0. THEN I GOT KILLED BY SOME SHARKING FAG. ALL MY HATE.
Maybe I spend to much time playing fps'es but I love Bf3 and cannot wait for a chance to try and play Caspian Border after class tonight. It runs great on my old q6600 + 8800gt and I get top 3 every round no matter what. I do hate that I tend to fall into the floor when I dive into crater and the fact that 95% of the debris in the Metro traps me. On a side note it seems that my school has some sort of system set up that per user it will allow ~5 to 6 gigs to a single ip per day. So I have to keep using random email logins based on the numbering system to get much from usenet while I'm here.

Does anyone here use Windows Live Mesh? I have currently installed it alongside Dropbox (I have Dropbox Pro which gives me 50 GB, of which I use a little more than 25%). Windows Live SkyDrive is said to have 25 GB for free, but if I try to select a folder fo syncing with Windows Live Mesh, it says I have only 5 GB free on SkyDrive? If you're curious, I've heard that Windows Live Mesh/SkyDrive would be integrated in WP7 Mango and possible Windows 8, so I'm seeing if it is a viable alternative to Dropbox. (Especially after the terms for Dropbox changed saying that they can use your files if they want to.)
Also, was going 11 - 0. THEN I GOT KILLED BY SOME SHARKING FAG. ALL MY HATE.
Sharking?
Sharking?
I guess he means somebody who has glitched under the world. Landsharks.
wow battlelog is terrible I could possibly put up with it for starting multiplayer games, but having to start singleplayer via the website is just dumb, it's like the mother of user experience ruining DRMs
They already said you don't need to use battlelog to start single player.

[editline]30th September 2011[/editline] My god, I didn't realize the OSX Skype client was that much nicer than the windows version...
Excuse the OCD but You missed a spot
Excuse the OCD but You missed a spot
Oh thanks, now what was that site where you can upload it?

Fixed now, wiii. Whoa, I had the old version installed, got the new one and oh god how many avatars are wrong.
yeah, it's a bit buggy, for some reason you have Goz3rr's avatar but as long as I have the mastermind Ben Linus beside my posts, I'm happy [editline]30th September 2011[/editline] dammit
Talked with some colleague today. We talked about smartphones, and he had a Windows 7 phone phone (:v:) it had mango and it was pretty nice. He said it worked awesome and everything worked flawlessly. We then proceed to agree that the iPhone was a locked down piece of crap. Heh.
IIRC windows phone 7 is pretty locked down too..
It's nowhere near as bad. Maemo ftw.
BF3 is an epic game. Battlelog completely ruins it.
This is why people fucking pirate. It's not because the pirates offer the product for nothing. It's because they offer a better fucking copy of it.
This is why people fucking pirate. It's not because the pirates offer the product for nothing. It's because they offer a better fucking copy of it.
IMO, piracy should be legal for people who own a legitimate copy of the game and only download a single copy for personal use, like the deal on emulators I've got a bunch of games that I bought years ago, and they're all unplayable because the disks are damaged [editline]1st October 2011[/editline] Then again, you know publishers would still bitch because they can charge $40 for people to get a replacement disk from them [editline]1st October 2011[/editline] Also, very old games that can't be bought digitally or physically. It'd make no difference to the publisher if you bought legal copies on ebay since the money would go to somebody else

You bought a license for that content.
But you can pirate them when you own a legit copy. You bought a license for that content.
Nope. It's still copywrited material. No law says you can still download copywrited material if you already own the product. [editline]1st October 2011[/editline] You can thank DMCA for that.
it's not like they're going to come bust into your house holding rifles though, is it? ISPs have to send a cease and desist order before they can start suing, if I remember correctly

I did this thing last year. I saw some rock raiders stuff and could not find my disk. Had the cover and box for it, So i downloaded it as a back up copy of my disk I don't know how it is now though, It was a pretty gray legal zone back then too *Note: Not advocating piracy, Just making backup of legally owned material for personal use*
Battlelog is a good thing. If you want to check your friend's scores, you don't need to start up the game. It's also much easier to tweak a website compared to the game. However, there is one stupid thing that I encountered this morning: Which wasn't necessarily a bad thing in my case, since my password was crappy. So I changed it to something better.
