IE is 64 bit
Yeah, but why is that first added now?
Laziness and lack of need?
Laziness and lack of need?
I see it get added in every update.
He probably can't access these pages because you mentioned proxies. Most filters block that word, too.
LiquiD did some dumb things alaready.. Look at his post, now think why Goz3rr can't see this page too.
IE is 64 bit
can be. Two versions of it.
64 bit W7 ships with both
Today we watched the Witch scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, it's because our history teacher thought it would be relevant to how we're learning about the Salem witch trials. Half of the people didn't think it was funny because it was "old and boring."
I see it get added in every update.
it's likely that they're building on 64-bit support and don't see the need to cram an entire changelog in the little update blurb thing
Whoever suggested the problem with my laptop was a short, it would appear you were right. It happened again. Taking the hint, I popped it open. After taking out the hard drive, I gave it a light shake, and heard a definite rattling. A small piece of metal (not sure what it's for, doesn't seem to be important) had come loose, and was laying right on the RAM. Took it out, dusted, shook out the keyboard gunk, put it back together. It hasn't happened again yet, but it'll be at least a week before I declare this case closed. I'm still sort of curious, though - do laptops have CMOS batteries? I couldn't see one visible in mine; it could've been buried pretty easily, though.
Some laptops have CMOS batteries - the ones we were issued for school last year had them, and my current laptop has one. I don't think my previous laptop had a removable CMOS battery, but I don't remember. I'm pretty sure that it would need a battery to keep the internal clock running properly though (don't quote me on that though).

My laptop's battery completely died a while back (and isn't even plugged in any more, as it was preventing any power from getting through into the laptop), so if they didn't, the clock would keep getting reset (and whatever else the battery runs) whenever I unplugged it to move it to a different room.

I'm not sure about newer laptops though. In the case of my mom's Acer, the battery was covered in this blue plastic material around the battery, with two wires attaching to the motherboard. Either the manufacturer wanted to save money with your laptop by using the main battery or they cleverly hid it under something.
Wingless is going to be disappearing for a while...
Still haven't done it yet. Besides, back when I played WoW my grades were better than they are now. And that's my pitiful excuse.
Back when I started playing WoW, my attitude was more like "Need to do my homework real fast and real good so I can get back to playing WoW". Now it's more like "We don't have any homework, can't be bothered to do anything, guess I'll play WoW".
Back when I joined: "Nothing better to do for the next year and a half of my suspension..." Now: "I should probably do my once a week logon so the guild doesn't gkick me."
when I joined "oh look a free trial for a popular game" now "that game sucks ass"
I'm just going to assume I'm late, but I just heard of this being on Windows 7 machines just now. http://benjaminkerensa.com/2011/10/23/uefi-headaches-begin-linux/

Microsoft made a deal with OEMS to enable Secure Boot by default and not allow an option to disable it, absolute bullshit. The deal was: Do this or you don't get Windows.
