Are you sure it does nothing? Look at a YouTube video's page, and look carefully. Remember, it's not a VIDEO quality improver, it's YouTube improver.
I know what it was, I used the old version for like 2 months. Works now.

Also, It makes youtube more kid-friendly! I approve!
Are you sure it does nothing? Look at a YouTube video's page, and look carefully. Remember, it's not a VIDEO quality improver, it's YouTube improver.
I still don't see anything different, are you sure you uploaded the right file?
Apparently, Apple just enforced a new policy stating that all apps in the Mac App Store also requires to run in a Sandbox, like the ones in iOS. The downfall of Apple begins in three...two...
chrome is sandboxed, does that mean chrome is shit? no. what is wrong about this I seriously don't understand
Are you sure it does nothing? Look at a YouTube video's page, and look carefully. Remember, it's not a VIDEO quality improver, it's YouTube improver.
It's confusing since you said Youtube QUALITY improver. I can't access the dropbox from work but what does it do
chrome is sandboxed, does that mean chrome is shit? no. what is wrong about this I seriously don't understand
Chrome sandboxes webpages, not whole applications. There's a difference.

So many image hosting sites are blocked here at work, I can't see your examples. ;_;
It replaces all the comments with "derp" and "hurr", in turn making the quality of videos skyrocket.
Chrome sandboxes webpages, not whole applications. There's a difference.
okay, whats wrong with sandboxing whole applications, I'm actually unsure
It replaces all the comments with "derp" and "hurr", in turn making the quality of videos skyrocket.
"herp", "derp", "hurr", "durr", "durp", "hurp", "herpa", "derpa", "derpity" and "herpity" :eng101:
Oh, I only covered the basic ones. Well now you know the full version.
Are you sure it does nothing? Look at a YouTube video's page, and look carefully.
okay, whats wrong with sandboxing whole applications, I'm actually unsure
Because it's handy to have utilities which can affect the OS when the creator decides to not include functionality or there is a feature that you want to tweak, but cannot. It's locking down an already locked down OS.
okay, whats wrong with sandboxing whole applications, I'm actually unsure
Normally sandboxed applications are virtualized, not sure in this case however. But the way it's set out locks the developer out of every resource (Networking, IO Access, Peripherals) unless they have an entitlement to use this. To have shit put on the app store it MUST be sandboxed, This limits developers to only use Xcode (Which personally, I hate and I can't see myself being alone on this) and of course allows Apple to choose what the end user can use with the primary application download method, they're like the overprotective parent choosing what toys a kid can play with. This only supports Apple. Allowing them to control their developers right down to what IDE they use and of course getting these entitlements just gives more burden on the developer. The whole entitlement thing also limits some features down to not being existant at all, a lot of these apps that do have features that can't be covered by entitlements are getting temporary entitlements and slowly being phased out of the App store or having said features removed. So in the end the client gets less and the developer gets more pain. Locking down an already locked down OS.

Oh derp herpy derp hurp [editline]4th November 2011[/editline] I forgot that Greasemonkey used javascript files :v: [editline]4th November 2011[/editline] Last time when I used Greasemonkey for this AwfulVision thing, I remember that it automatically recognised the script and asked me if I wanted to add it. Now I don't see any way of adding a new script, care to give me a hint?
Greasemonkey
I love how chrome automatically asks to install it, no greasemonkey needed :D
Man this is fun to play with Can you feel your brain bleeding?
Thanks for that, I'm having an aneurysm.
Someone quickly tell me how to actually install the script please :(
Just open up the .js file, if greasemonkey is installed it will bother you to confirm it's installation.
I put youtubes comment section on my adblock list. :v:
Just open up the .js file, if greasemonkey is installed it will bother you to confirm it's installation.
That's how it was last time i installed a script. Now, when I open the file in Firefox, it'll just proceed to ask me where I want to download the file to. And that's it.
Do you have Greasemonkey installed?
Yes, latest version of Greasemonkey. Running latest version of Firefox.
Try dragging the file in the browser after you've downloaded it.
