at least it's not crack
You can still instantly die with compressed air.
And you make tonnes of cash on lets plays which is basically just making money off of a game with a bit of commentary. Either way I think there's a 15 second rule or something, could be wrong.
Machinima owns the licenses from the publishers for the games I play, I'm a contractor under them. The same applies to game music I use. As for any other music, I use creative commons music that allows for commercial use in a edited video, or I specifically contact the author of the track for permission to use it commercially.

I think The Warehouse need to realise that their 2.2.1 based android phones are bugged. [editline]23rd December 2011[/editline] Linux Distro? or Win 7?
Probably W7 Starter.
What about those Yeousch and TGS partners?
I can only assume the same thing applies to them. If Machinima/TGS/others didn't setup this system, there is little other reason to become partners with those companies.

I bought an Otterbox for my Infuse today, is it normal for the screen protector to not be completely clear? [editline]22nd December 2011[/editline] Oh fuck my first post in a while and it's a contentless pageking.
Some screen protectors are just like that. I don't really like matte ones

I laughed more than I should have. This is what I get for staying awake at 4:30AM
I found some threads where people used PCIe Riser's to move their sound cards around in their case. So I guess when I move to that big Fulmu GT thingy I could do that for my case. My only concern is getting a riser long enough. Since the PCie slots are up on the mobo.
Apple products are fiddly little shits Trying to add songs to my mum's ipod, hundreds of the songs can't be found by iTunes (Which itself refuses to work without running as admin), I can double click a song and it asks me to find it, which every single song is in the root of the Music folder. There's no option to automatically find all songs by folder, so I figured I'd just delete the songs and re-add them Drag and drop is inexplicably unresponsive, meaning all I can do is File>Add tracks Which doesn't add them to any playlist, meaning I'd have to go back and do that manually :suicide: Dear apple, cut some money from your china-sized legal team and hire some decent programmers
I'd prefer if they added plug and play drivers for Mass Storage. Then I'd actually buy one again. I had a 512Mb Shuffle god it was great.
My shuffle died, I used that thing as a storage device and a media player, it's pretty easy to navigate around with. I think you had to enable some settings in iTunes and then you could go in, if you just had windows to show hidden folders you could see all the music and shit on it. Made sharing music easy as piss.
Ah yes, back in the pre-"EVERYONE IS STEALING OUR POTENTIAL PROFIT" ages of technology
I miss those times. Fuck you RIAA.
I miss that and the only issue with mine is wingless is a charging issue, works for 20 minutes then flat battery.
I don't have a charging issue, it just died. Thing wouldn't turn on, wouldn't respond when I plugged it in. Pooped, dead. Lasted a few years though.
Riser's
Fix it :(
put in a time capsule fully charged as much as it can be for someone to discover.
I think batteries discharge naturally, better include instructions on what Voltage to use for charging it in case the future doesn't have USB
I think batteries discharge naturally, better include instructions on what Voltage to use for charging it in case the future doesn't have USB
Get one of those hand crank flash lights and cut the ends of the wires off, wire it to whatever it is you want to be charged and write a note saying "Crank for 30 minutes"
Looked for some in-ear headphones in the store today. My stomach acid got up to my throat when I saw Skullcandy.

But that 15second rule you were talking about is part of a vague rule of thumb for Fair Use in the US, which is already a hugely vague law. The content has to be part of a larger composition and it's use within the composition has to enhance the context of the original video. The only way the video would be legal is if you perhaps combined and edited dozens of video game or portal references with cross-structure showing how different genres of shows perhaps correctly or incorrectly displayed video games culturally or something. That would work because the videos in themselves are being combined to enhance each ones use and meaning within the composition. A single un-edited clip from a some television or movie production doesn't show that you took any sort of creative control with the video or made it into something it was not originally. I'm not so mad at you as I am at Youtube, which was a hardass for my legitimate productions.
