that is really simple stuff
It is, but not everyone will understand it. Android users, I'd like to draw your attention here: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1151619
anyone who's ever followed any sort of instructions should be able to figure it out
Merry newyear CET bros!
... No offense, but I have to ask. How do you manage to breathe? The fan is connected to pins 1 and 2 now. Connect it to pins 1 and 4 instead. If you want to make a switch for it so you can switch between 7V and 12V, there's a diagram to show you what to do at the bottom.
It made no since because who ever wrote that isn't very good at explain whatever it was he was trying to explain. I showed it to five other people who knew how to help me and they all said the writer made no sense and did not explain enough.

Maybe you're just too smart.
Maybe you're just too smart.
this is a possibility
Also, I tried taking a picture in the last second of 2011, let's see how I did: shit fuck doh kill me now
Damn chrome crashing on me every 5 minutes.
Damn chrome crashing on me every 5 minutes.
Chrome has crashed for me 4 times this day.
Chrome has crashed for me 4 times this day.
Chrome has crashed only once for the whole year for me And I am using it on a netbook with 30 addons installed
It hasn't even crashed once for me yet. :v:
Android 3.2 chrome crashes all the time when I have more than 3 tabs open, if that counts.
Yeah, chrome for android has crashed for me quite a bit.
It is, but not everyone will understand it. Android users, I'd like to draw your attention here: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1151619
Damn, lost my Motorola Defy on a train a few weeks ago, buying a new computer soon so I probably wont be getting another android phone for at least a few months. Something I have noticed is that there have been two apps before this one that allow steam chat (I think, I remember a thread on one earlier in 2011 and saw one advertised on the steam forums in 2010) and I recall one of the two not being updated and no longer working shortly after it was released. Anyone know why some of UK mobile service providers aren't selling motorola phones anymore? Tmobile pulled them off it's site (apart from the atrix) in the last couple of months and so did another.
I got a Cooler Master V6GT and man it is LOUD. Apparently it's quiet at 7 volts and there is little difference between 7 and 12 volts. Because of the noise I'm assuming it's running at 12 volts, so how do I get it to 7 volts?
To get 7V instead of 12V you take your fan connector which is hopefully molex. You switch the ground next to 12V with the 5V wire. Voltage is potential difference, so 12v - 5v= 7v. I don't know how to do it on the CPU style fan connectors which out riping it apart, no experience with non-molex ones for 7v mod.
Damn chrome crashing on me every 5 minutes.
Chrome never crashes for me.
Sorry not everyone understand electrical diagrams. Stop being a pretentious douche.
Those aren't even electrical diagrams, they were literally "spelling out" to you on how it works and what you need to do
I make a really good egg tong sui
I make a killer Fried Rice. Loadsa bacon and egg.
Well... Holy shit... http://www.legitreviews.com/news/12109/
Well... Holy shit... http://www.legitreviews.com/news/12109/
They didn't lie when they said the 7970 was going to be a good overclocker.
They didn't lie when they said the 7970 was going to be a good overclocker.
Granted it was cooled with liquid nitrogen. But damn, most shit breaks apart after being cooled with that.
Well... Holy shit... http://www.legitreviews.com/news/12109/
Would be interesting to see what and how nVidia will encounter it
Overclocking GPUs isn't that important a lot of the time, though, since rendering is very parallelizable. More cores means faster rendering. [editline]1st January 2012[/editline] OR SO I HEAR

I need one of those adapter thingies.
Maybe this new year we can watch djie's balls drop.
Maybe next year.
Would be interesting to see what and how nVidia will encounter it
With a heatsink the size of the [del]Death Star[/del] moon Sorry I have been watching too much Star Wars today :v:
Well... Holy shit... http://www.legitreviews.com/news/12109/
Pretty cool but I don't see why they didn't put up numbers before using the liquid nitrogen. Still waiting to hear the official price from retailers before I debate the merits of 7970 over 2*6950. I would guess the 7970 will be around £500 but dual MSI 6950's can be had for £450. Oh cool, http://www.legitreviews.com/news/12111/ "The two graphics cards that really stand out are the 'Atomic RX' and 'Atomic WC' that both come clocked at 1335Mhz core and 5735Mhz memory. There is another card listed that looks to stand out as well codenamed “FLEX 6G”. The “FLEX 6G” packs 6144MB of video memory running at stock clock speeds of 925Mhz core 5500Mhz memory. The rest of the pack consists of milder overclocked variants including the “Toxic 3G” and “VaporX 3G”." Sapphire
I want the Flex 6G
