Ugh, My friend is starting to get annoying. He wants a new PC, He's stuck on some C2D At like 2.2 and a GeForce 6150. So naturally he wants to go for the best, fine. Put together a P. kick ass machine (580's, 2500k, 8GB) on PCCaseGear. So that's what we want to aim for in the end, a system around those specs. So he said "Well I want to save for a bit, so what if we just get a PC and upgrade it over time and linked me to this So I said "nonononononon" and put this together on PCCaseGear. It happens to me all the time. People will ask me what sort of computer to get and shortly after I make any recommendations they go with the opposite. It's hard for me to understand why people don't want to save money, even when I offer to build it for them saving them hundreds of monies they still go to fucking best buy and buy a piece of shit.

Probably because you know almost 2 years of college computer courses mean nothing to them if I don't work at best buy.
what site is that
PC Case Gear.
Why is my pointer massive? I was drawing on my tablet and then went to Facepunch and noticed that my pointer was 2x as large as normal. The mouse pointer selection screen under personalize lists my mouse pointer as normal, when it clearly isn't. I just checked an it matches up with the large pointer perfectly. Now how do I switch it back and prevent it from happening? EDIT: switched it back, not sure how to prevent it from happening again.

I uh... yeah.
Quick, see if you can cancel the order
It's time to make this claim again. 2012: The Year of Linux on the Desktop.
I want to run Linux on a desktop but I can't be fucked Dual Booting and my other PC doesn't recognize the Hard Drive What would the problem be if it just freezes when trying to find a drive, or just doesn't see one as existing. I've tried the Master, Slave and Cable Select jumpers, the BIOS doesn't seem to have any advice and the drive does spin up when I turn the PC on
