For a second I read "MBP" as main battle tank. Anyways, I suppose he could run it on medium-low on a macbook pro.
Are you running Crysis on your MacBook via bootcamp? Because there's a difference between a gaming laptop and the 320M, I suppose you've got in yours. No critique, but not all people will be satisfied with that performance.
9600m GT, running it at almost all mediums. What I'm saying is that battery life is not a major factor in getting a laptop, seeing as how under gaming most of it depletes anyways.

Fair enough. I'm just saying that for some people, that won't suffice. To be qualified as a gaming laptop, I'd say it requires an i5 and a GTX 460M, at least. That doesn't mean that less won't cut it, but for people wanting to game exclusively on their laptop, that isn't enough.
And MacTrekkie, DoonBugie2 is partially right when he says that that isn't decent.

The NP5135 isn't overpriced. $919 http://www.sagernotebook.com/index.php?page=product_info&model_name=NP5135

Why are you defending it then.
You can't carry around a tower, monitor, keyboard, and a mouse everywhere. Even though it may not have a lot of battery, a gaming laptop can be beneficial, especially in college, where you can just plug in the power adapter and play LAN.
But you're at college to learn, not to play PC games all day.

You just won a zing.
For that price, you could probably get an Asus notebook with much better hardware.
